The food here is truly high quality! Not many restaurant that one goes to where every thing you try really tastes good but here everything really was phenomenons. One of few truly nice restaurants in Springfield area. I only wish they had more veggie options.

The food was terrible. We ordered the steak and cheese sandwich and it was like someone dumped a mountain of salt and pepper on top of it we ended up throwing them away. Do not waste your money on this place
The pizza is great always get the house special.The mozzarella sticks are incredible also would definitely recommend trying them out if love pizza and mozz sticks .
I've been a fan of Napoli for several years now. They have a lovely, cozy interior with a wide variety of menu choices at reasonable prices. Service is always great. Booth & table seating, as well as bar area. Handicapped accessible, wheelchair ramp entrance. Clean restrooms available for customers. Dine in or take out. They have wonderful soup, pasta, pizza & much more! They will seat you wherever you're comfortable, we like the window seats! Napoli's has large portions & amazing food that will not disappoint!
I don’t see how they have 4.9 stars because what I got was definitely not 4.9 stars worthy. My cheeseburger grinder taste old and the meat was raw on the inside but burnt on the outside with absolutely no flavor at all. The guy called me 7 times and rushed me to come get my order because they were closing, why allow ppl to put orders in at 1:20 if you’re going to rush them to come get it mind you they don’t close until 2. I will never order from this place again just horrible.
One of the best pizza’s i have ever had with the great delivery service of their own. I have already ordered 7 times and it has become my go-to place with the variety options they got along with the pizza.
Great pizza. Great service. Super friendly and welcoming. Makes you feel like family. Pizza was so good, great crust to it and not soggy or floppy. Overall great. 10/10 would recommend

Really good well crust delicious pizza!! I would recommend all to at least try once and you will love it. The owners are very friendly and make food the way you prefer.
