I love Moe's, but this particular store is terrible. The food was ok but the service is awful! I have been here twice and both times my order was not correct. Untrained help with a manager right there who just did it himself without teaching the employee.
The place was very dirty, the staff barely even spoke to me, they looked annoyed that I was even there, everything looked emptied and old. They said it would take 15 minutes for taco meat, 5 minutes for stake. I had to ask for a lid for my drink, napkins, a tray to eat on . I wouldn't even hire them to water my plants.
The last couple of times I've been here they have been out of multiple items or had to wait 20~25minutes for rice /chicken to be done! making it impossible to complete my order. had to leave and go elsewhere. Won't be back until they change their management staff, clearly poorly run
Fresh. The food is made before your eyes to your specs. Not cheap. Friendly. Comfortable dining area. Recommended for more than "fast food" on a budget.

Absolutely disappointed with the experience I have had at this location. The worker barely gave me any rice, improperly made my stack, and does not know how to speak indoors. On top of that, I was unable to add on anything I want because they are out of almost everything, and it was not busy at the time. I think they should always be prepared to serve everything they offer if you are paying 16 dollars for a terrible stack and 3 drink options. I will never come to this location. I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to Enfield because they actually know how to make a stack, let alone any sort of food. Very disappointed and will never come to this location.
I went to Moe's for the first time and all I can say is "Amazing"! I liked the food production line, it was easy to pick ingredients as they were right in front of me. I had a delicious soft taco, but I could only eat half of the huge burrito. Nice to have the next day.My friend ate the Stack with steak and everything else, he loved it!We will be returning.

It was very disappointing ordering food yesterday from Moe’s. My friend and I ordered food online went and got it close to closing time it was all packaged and ready to go when we got home there was no salsa there was no vinaigrette there was nothing to go with the food and the food was so small in the container that you could actually see the rice and the beans at the bottom of the container. That was not a good experience, not sure if we will ever order from moe’s again or recommend this food place to anyone.
John is the absolute worst. He gave my brother and I old stale food after a long day of work, along with a side of attitude. He gave us the last of the chicken, and then told us it was a three dollar surcharge to put extra chicken onto the stack. My food was stale, cold, disproportioned, and just unenjoyable. The worst part is, I've been here before, and I have never received food or service as horrible as what I received today.
