There was only two people working and we had to wait over 20 minutes for our food. It wasn't their fault but whomever owns the franchise needs to make sure their employees have all the staff they need to get through the night.
I am not sure what kind of Coffee they are serving on Boston Road but, this coffee is HORRENDOUS!! For the first time in over 7 years I stopped to get a cup of coffee this morning. This is not McDonald’s coffee!!!! This coffee it’s bitter and over the top on being STRONG!I usually stop every morning and a couple of times my order has been wrong but, this is just terrible. Even with 6 creamers and about 10 packets of sugar the bitterness was still the same. So, if you are reading this and, you are part of the staff there…don’t give hours old coffee and STOP making it so DAMN STRONG!We like the fresh nuttiness of McD’s coffee just leave it alone!!
Bleh, food was disgusting. The burger patty was like .1 centimeters thick. Bad experience……

Customer service was horrible. I went threw the drive threw and I don't know why but, the worker seemed upset about taking my order. When i received it the order was all wrong but i didn't want to waste another 20 minutes waiting

Very clean great McDonald's with Great Customer service! It was nice to place my order and they got it right the first time! The good was hot as you would expect it to be. They also have Great coffee.
They messed up on my order i asked for a spicy chicken plain with the crispy chicken sandwich they gave me the spicy with everything on it when i went back in he asked me so you want us to redo it plain i said yes he told them make it plain i come home to nothing but a bun with mayo so when i went back there boss ended up remaking it for me but she instead made another crispy and threw my sandwich with attitude. If they did it right the first time i wouldnt have had to go back two more times.
Takes forever to get food worst McDonald's ever don't go there.
They where very fast and helpful when the automated machine ran out of receipt paper and gave me a copy.
