This store is awful! Terrible customer service had to wait to order. Then they waited on someone who was in the drive thru line after me. We went to pay had to wait for cashier to count her drawer then our food wasn’t ready and we had to pull and wait more for our food!!! Do not go here if u want fast food!!!!
The female manager that is on Friday nights is loud and rude. I never knew that managers were allowed to speak to the employees the way she does. That is the only thing I can say negative about this place, this is not the first time I have seen and heard her
Drive thru never a problem. Food is hot and no complaints.I do remember McDonalds use to have cheese burgers on sale 3 for $1.00. McDonald was always busy then.Their only competition was Burger King and Burger ChefThank you McDonald's ?
Terrible service got parked over 40 minutes for a simple order while others got there food
Food was good, staff were kind, wait was 35 minutes though
Place is great and pretty fast also from what I could see it seemed to be pretty clean so yea I got double cheese burger and it was almost like ah souvenir it was perfect actually I had 2 and also 3 apple pies and extra large vanilla milk shake
When I came to this particular McDonald's I ordered my new go to...it's a Big Mac menu hack and I was upcharged almost a dollar...in CT I didn't get charged anything extra to make changes to the toppings on a McDouble. I love McDonald's and the first cashier was EXTREMELY rude when I asked HIM why it was so much....I still go to this McDonald's in Springfield MA...but I seriously don't appreciate being treated the way I did
Slow, Rude, God forbid you ask for ketchup! I go there because its convenient..everytime I go there theyre rude and act like you're bothering them..Manager included!! Doesn't matter what time you go there...ALWAYS rude and they take their time..I was in line at the drive thru for a total of 15 mins with only 1 car in front of me...I watched 3 cars drive off because they didn't want to wait in the double drive thru...they need to retrain this entire store! Horrible place..food is good..the crew sucks
Jessica is by far the rudest employee I have ever encountered at a McDonald’s. She screams at the employees to the point where they have tears. My sandwich had pickles on it so I called in to let them know I’d be coming back. Jessica was very rude on the phone and when I came back to the store. She didn’t apologize either and said “HERE” and put the sandwich on the counter with no bag or napkins. I’m beginning to think I should stop coming here as she ruins my experience and go to the one on page blvd instead.
This location is okay. It is remodelled nicely but for some reason after the remodel it stopped being a 24hr restaurant. Which really sucks, that's the main reason why I gave it only 4 stars.
