The employees were great but the food was awful
I ordered a medium caramel latte, reviewed a small coffee cup with some caramel added to it. Otherwise, the food was good. Not always accurate.
5p.m and they never have anything no milk for shakes every day is the same story machine broken or out of product!!!! At 5p.m no milk or Fanta or this or that!!!
Teach your employees how to work at a fast food restaurant and not drag their feet for every customer. Plus your employees don’t even know how to make good iced coffee. I was handed a black iced coffee one time. SMH. I’m not lovin it
Good experience, the drive thru girl was very pleasant.I encourage everyone to visit this well managed McDonald's!!!
This is one of the worst McDonalds in the city.Breakfast and lunch it’s mostly fine. But later in the evening it seems only the rudest and laziest people seem to be working.They’ll leave the lights on and monitor up but no one will ever answer. If it’s remotely close to when they’re supposed to close down they’ll just not take orders and let people sit there till they get annoyed and leave.
Fast service, great people, food was a little cold but thats to be expected they can't make a new thing of stuff for every customer.
The Meal was Fresh... and Hot ?
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Drive through is ALWAYS SLOW, employees be on phone, they don’t greet you with a hello how are you, fries are cold burgers are cold . This has to be #2 of the worst McDonald’s in Spfld it’s really sad!!!
Horrible drive-thru. They give you your change back and drop coins on the pavement and expect you to get out and pick it up after they're the ones who did it. Fries are always cold and no salt. No coke or hi-c.
