Ice cream at McDonalds is just not what it used to be. I remember when I was a kid and even older ice cream used to be smooth and creamy now I don't know what kind of ingredients they are using in the ice cream but it's horrible. As far as I'm concerned.
I am not getting anymore food from this place. Yesterday I bought food here and they only had milkshake no soda or water. Last night my son is saying his stomach hurts. He got food poisoning from the milkshake he said it tasted funny. He been throwing up since yesterday and still doing it today.
Service is really bad there and I swear it takes 20 minutes Just order a cheeseburger and fries Many of my friends and family have went there and done DoorDash plenty of times it takes forever to get a order because everybody’s on their phones and they got their music blasting over the intercom it’s like a party in there everyone you speak to has a attitude one day I came in there they were throwing fries at each other and laughing when they had a long line of customers it is truly unprofessional there Plus food is always missing out of my order and other peoples orders I have talked to other customers and they hate coming there Because it takes forever to get one order and they’re always playing around truly unprofessional
Shouldn’t even give one star tbh. I don’t even leave reviews, but this is crazy. I ordered a 4pc chicken nugget happy meal and y’all poured sauce into the container, instead of nuggets? Tf. Wild.
I understand it's a fast food restaurant but the way they treat customers and the amount that they screw up is out of this world there's another location that's about 5 to 6 minutes away I suggest going to that McDonald's instead
App convenience is not as simple as it should be. Same order that is bagged requires me to go inside to pick up. Window clerk was helpful, inside with my questions was not. This store needs customer service training, and staff had no idea who DM was for their location upon request. Poor service!
Every McDonald's has free refills on 1st cup of coffee... not Springfield...bathrooms closed and lobby cold...rush home after cup of coffee had to use bathroom from cold feet
The food is just as expected from a fast food restaurant, thrown together quickly and not spectacular. Unfortunately, there are no Gluten-free items and, if there were than cross contamination would be guaranteed. The bathroom is not clean and the entire restaurant smells foul. The staff are very efficient and friendly! They seem happy!
Horrible service. Always given the wrong order. Your better off buying burger and fries and do it fresh at Home
3 minutes past breakfast time and they would not cook me an egg McMuffin for a person that cannot get out of bed just suffered a stroke and I beg this guy please it's only past a few minutes they wouldn't do it careless they don't care they want a burger that's been sitting there for 10 minutes instead of cooking one
