Drive thru. Asked for two items, after it no communication back at all, It seem don’t want any customers deal with, maybe robot’s era. It’s the way.
I went today for a McFlurry and a ten piece they gave me 8 nuggets and when I tried to call no one answered smh horrible service
service was meh workers were a little rude but then again it was busy. food was great!
This mc Donald’s always has a problem I use to work fo mc Donald’s back then nd today 5/8/2022 at 11pm I went to the drivethru nd ask for one mc chicken I gave the guy $3 no change back! Then I ask the guy how much is this mc chicken he didn’t kno then I ask for the receipt nd the manager came nd told me that the receipt machine is not working! That would take to 5 to 10 min to get it fix! I ask for the manager names he said Rob!This message is for glen! The owner! They are stealing ur money clearly! (What’s up with Sammy? Not store manager? Check ya employees this mc Donald’s is a complete disaster
Not too bad. Usually pretty quick for curbside pickup. They could stand to pay better attention to mobile orders. They tend to miss details (like subbing bacon for ham in a McMuffin). Most employees are friendly.
They always messed up the Doordash order.... They never answer the phone, so why have a phone that it never gets answer....BAD SERVICES ansd the WORST.

I am so tired of hearing the McDonald's employees say they only have 2 employees that's we're in line waiting for over 37 minutes... smdh McDonald's on Armory Street in Spfld. MA. There are all these delivery services now, why aren't mcdonalds having the adequate amount of employees. 5his is fast food no one should wait in line for 37 minutes. This is unacceptable..
Worst McDonald’s ever! Rude and always getting orders wrong! They need to be banned from door dashing as well.
Very poor service. Drive through very slow ( they "complete" the order and make you wait in front as not to hurt their times) so higher ups think all is well
