After waiting for over 10 minutes at the drive through, I go to the first window to ask what happened, the kind "lady" walks away. She comes back 5 minutes later, ignores me and starts talking to the air. I go to the second window, talk to a manager, explain the situation and get attitude for their complete lack of professionalism.
Placed a mobile order so that my food would be ready by the time I get there. Luckily, didnt matter that I did since the wait time at the drive-thru was 20 minutes anyways. Genuinely, what could be going on at 6 pm that causes such a delay in ordering, or in my case simply stating my order should be ready?
I would say I don't go to mcd very often but when I did the food is fresh if you ask for something with out an ingredient.. the Burger I got was very greasy which I wasn't expecting the fries went fresh they were soggy. Most of the time they don't have milkshakes... But service is good friendly people
This is the worst ? an employee suggesting that I was hiding the drinks that I never got and this is after 10 minutes of waiting in drive through I hadn't been at McDonald's on a long time but for sure somethings never change and definitely some get worse no manners, no respect thats MCDONALD'S for you
I asked for fresh fries, they told me that there coming out the fryer. My fries where cold abd stale. Also ordered 2 BACON double quarter's with cheese meals and my burgers had no Bacon and like a pound of mustard on both meals.. Too messy. Not sure if ill go back
They should just close the lobby if they’re not going to actually serve anyone. I waited in line in for 15 minutes before giving up and leaving (like the people before me and after me did). I just wanted a large fry. It would have taken them less time to ring me out and bag the fry than it would have for someone to have come over to the lobby register.. absolutely ridiculous. Just close the lobby if you’re not interested in taking in person orders.

They are the worst McDonalds I have been…I go different times hoping not to have the same employees but every time it’s worse,.. I never get my order right!!!! Smfh
The service is fantastic the food is great and the location is amazing
They don’t have the limited edition Szechuan sauce on the only day it’s available. In plus there’s always fights at this location.
