Very pricey and the food is not all that. Was excited that they had pasteles but it needs more flavor most of the food had lack of flavor.
Food was good but you need to know Spanish. Expansive for just lunch..$85 for 4 with only 1 small drink. Last time was there with a friend who speaks Spanish and we got food for 4 people...same stuff...but with 4 drinks. The price came to around $50. Thought it would be the same....but no. Can't say much because we do not speak the language. So...we ate and left.
Great place. Very clean and staff was very professional. Food was delicious. Nicely seasoned. My only issue is that I wish they did alcapurrias with ground beef instead of pernil. But I do recommend this restaurant.
I will go to no other Latin cuisine place. This place is amazing they are professional, friendly, affordable and clean! You can tell the food is made with love and they take pride in their work! If you haven’t been here yet I seriously don’t know what you are waiting for!
The customer service is TRASH! Mind you; I came back a second time because I enjoyed the chicken. The food was ok... I waited about 10 minutes before I was greeted... Which wasn't even a greeting it was a “how can I help you” They weren't even servicing customers. They were wrapping food up. The young boy really had the nerve to to smile and frown... You know one of the smile to straight face that's passive-aggressive... That's was extremely weird and rude! I truly don’t get how businesses operate for revenue and profit but treat their customers poorly who literately are the core of their business! apparently I read the reviews to see if it was only me because I thought that they were biased but now I truly see it is everyone in the customer service is the highest complaint so now I have to ask why isn’t this being dealt with you guys seriously need to put a system in place to train your workers like how many complaints do you need about the customer service for nothing to still change? that is the most highest complaint on your Google reviews why isn’t they still fixed?
I am impressed with the place! It is very clean. The food was fresh and a big portion. The ladies were welcoming and friendly. Definitely, going back. God bless you restaurant!
The food is honestly really good quality. I’ve been here maybe 4 or 5 times and the quality of most of the food is beyond what I have experienced at restaurants around here. The beef stew is savory and the meat is amazingly tender. I got the peppered steak yesterday and same thing with the tenderness, literally finger licking good. The rice with pigeon peas was good too. Honestly lots and lots of flavor. You could tell the people that are cooking put lots of love and care into the food. I don’t think I’ve had anything that did not have flavor which is a must at a Spanish restaurant. They could improve some on the pinchos. I have never seen chicken pinchos like that in my life but they have plantains and it’s a good size so you won’t be losing your money. Prices are pretty high hopefully as the business prospers the prices level out more. Overall 5 stars, awesome food, nice clean place, employees are good they could work a little bit on their serving skills. Awesome job for the chefs absolutely delicious food.
First time and last time. Customer service is lacking. I walked inside and was not greeted and customers came in behind me and their order was taken before mine. Hope the food is better than the service.
Great customer service, friendly atmosphere and staff, the food is on point, great portions and selections for the price! Not to mention their reward program! This is my new Spanish food spot!
I tried this place today and the food was so fresh and absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be going back real soon. They're so friendly too.
