Food is great. Dessert is even better. As well as being beautifully presented. They have a great little gluten free section with all assortments of pasta. I. Which even with gluten, some of the pastas are hard to find. Customer service is not treated well. I had 2 people cut in front of me and I was ignored at the register. The area is bad and the people are rude. Get better service and I'll change my review.

I ordered a custom cake, did not come out how I expected, at all! Very shocked knowing how loved this place is. Even though I ordered my cake with a custom photo, the decor was off, no thought was giving in decorating my cake, to at least make it look more presentable. The All Strawberry cake was flavorless. The icing, had such a strong bitter taste. I was embarrassed to bring my cake to the birthday party. Truly.I appreciate the staff, for taking my order and emailing me, but the cake was a disappointment.
I am so mad right now, that I have no words! My boyfriend showed up this evening with a box from this bakery! That immediately put a smile on my face, because a couple of days ago I was expressing how sad it is that Northampton bakery closed and it was the closer to me and how much I loved the fruit cake. Well, my boyfriend went out of his way, left his job to get me the fruit cake, but the lady on front convinced him to buy something that she said it was the same. Unfortunately, those cups of something coved with whip cream and fruits on top was nothing near a piece of cake. What a disappointment! Underneath all that cream was crumbs of cake saturated with some liquid that looked like someone vomit in it! Why the lady did not sell what my boyfriend ask for? Is it that is Valentine weekend and they want to sell every single left over crumbs from the back to make money.?. What a shame taking advantage of thrusting costumers like my boyfriend that believe the lady that said that this was the same as the cake. We don’t play with no ones’s food and if you are Italian you should know that.Never again!

I ate ur Ricotta's cake n it was great. I was looking forward to this party n they ordered one of ur cakes n it was terrible I almost choked on it. It was so dry n nasty n nobody liked either. So just to let u know I will never recommended ur shop to no one. 1 star n that's to much.
We worked with Mauro to create the cake for our November 2021 wedding. From our first consultation, he was thoughtful and attentive, actively listening to our ideas and suggesting some of his own. Our cake turned out beautifully and guests commented that it was the best cake they've eaten at a wedding! We will be back on our anniversary, if not sooner, to get more of that delicious cake.
Mouth watering Cannoli's! I grew up in Western Mass and this pastry shop was the place to go to satisfy your sweet tooth. While visiting my family here from Atlanta, I knew I had to stop by for some cannoli's. ?
