I order 2 famous bowls and a 16 piece meal, famous bowls didn't have any gray on them.. Better training required.
Super slow service, apparently they make everyone in line wait while they serve the drive thru exclusively.
Horrible service. After 30 min of waiting to get to the drive up window we were asked to wait 7 minutes for the sandwhiches and pull up front in front of the doors. We then waited another 20 minutes for our food and ended up having to go inside to get our food. Workers just standing around. There were also items missing from our bag. Everytime we come here the workers are extremely rude and wait forever, never again.
This KFC should fire their cooks. I ordered a 16 piece meal and brought it home to my family. When we all started to eat our chicken it was pink, undercooked, shouldn't have never had left that kitchen. We all got sick just from those first bites. I definitely won't be ordering from there again.
Was in the drive through for 30 min 1-28-22 7:20 pm when I got up to the window there was 4 employees just standing there very disgusting not happy with the service at all

East Windsor Connecticut store is the closest to me.. went there and they didn't have any chicken. Not the first time I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before I found out. Management must be on vacation. So I went to the Springfield store. One minor issue, but, to my surprise, they had chicken!!!! Thank you ?
The food here well it's always guaranteed fresh but the lines are so long that you age a few years just waiting in your car or in the restaurant
I have been sitting in the drive threw for 15 minutes and am STILL in line waiting to order food while there are 6 employeess standing outside talking and not working... I'm not even able to leave the line because of the way their drive threw is set up. This is NOT okay..
