A good friend. put me on to jack Chen ll , know I only order from jack Chen ll this food so good n affordable.
I use to order from them all the time, quality has really gone down hill. My last order was a disaster multiple phone calls from them after i placed my order from five different people changed the prices three times and after over charging my debit card they gave me a hassle over returning my money and simply canceling the order it wasn't worth all that hassle to order from them, complete disaster on their end.
They’re customer service and whoever takes the order is amazing. They are really nice and the food is good. Best one in Springfield by far.
We called to order food it was 56$ then we had multiple employees including a child calling saying different prices and messing up the order then refusing a refund after we canceled our order. I do not recommend. Go to wong wok instead.
I live 3 minutes apart from the restaurant and i cant believe its take 1 hour and 20 mi to deliver an order. Dont waist your time and fine another place

The food was cold cause the driver decided to live my order in front of y door in the porch without calling me .Then when I called the restaurant , the driver claimed giving my food to a boy.Are you kidding me ? What boy?Incredible!.Again the food is good but no people skills from this driver.
New management? Or new cook? I used to love Jack Chen II when it first opened up years ago, but it seemed like as the years went by, so did the passion for serving good quality food. ? I ordered a pu pu platter from here the day because my normal Chinese spot is on vacation and EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! No burnt ribs, everything was freshly fried, the rice had good texture and flavor! Idk what yah doing differently Jack Chen II but keep it going! ??
Terrible customer service!! They mess up my orders every time and then don’t want to take responsibility for it. And the lady that picks up the phone is extremely RUDE. They just want your money and could care less about their customers. I would not recommend! The food is not that great either and they overcharge!
No cap there food is good but unfortunately ever since i seen the cook picking his nose i said nah. I can't go there no more
