This was my second time dining here, service was great and the food was so good
El pique de la comida mejicana se basa en diferentes chiles, no en la pimienta. El plato principal no debe ser la pimienta. El trato del que atendió fue pobre. Aunque hablaba como si fuera el dueño. Triste experiencia. Me encanta la comida mexicana, pero la auténtica.
Worst service I have ever experienced. My wife and I went there for lunch at 2:30pm on a Saturday. They were surprisingly slow with plenty of empty tables. We were seated right away and were brought chips and salsa. We continued to wait for over 20 minutes and were never even approached by a server, not even a glass of water. The server that was handling the section walked by our table 6 times without even acknowledging us. After waiting an additional 10 minutes we just left. This is by far the worst experience from a restaurant we have ever had. Had we been offered water at the very least or a simple “I’ll be right with you” we might have stayed but even at that there is no reason we should have had to wait that long during a slow time.
Excellent food as usual. I had the Fajita Burrito, which is huge. I usually eat half and take the other half home and have lunch for the next day! That's because they bring chips & salsa to the table @ no cost.
Everyone should go to Frontera Grill in Chicopee..this was my second time with my brother and sister-in-law for lunch..Heather was our waitress /she was so pleasant! As you walk into the restaurant.. you automatically love the music as you now going over the menu.. deciding what to order..we couldnt stop dancing in our seats! Sooo much fun!! Our cocktails were amazingly good as was each of our meal selections.. Frontera is truly a fun experience!!!
Amazing atmosphere, staff prompt polite, and the food was delicious! Their salsa was perfect combination of lime and cilantro. We will definitely be back.

I got food poisoning from this establishment and the owner doesn’t want to take responsibility for serving contaminated food. So I contacted both bbb and the board of health. At the ER currently getting tests done and have the receipt of my purchase and lawyers are being contacted. I puked blood and and couldn’t stop vomiting and I was expecting a call from the owner so at this point it’s clear she doesn’t care for the well being of the customer. 0 stars
They were amazing! My friends and I wanted to go somewhere nice for dinner and this was the perfect spot! They were more than willing to take our reservation for 15 on a Wednesday night and really made the experience wonderful. They were super attentive, the staff was so sweet, and our food was beyond amazing! I highly recommend coming here!!
