The fried chicken in the wrap was acceptable, but trying to eat the tortilla was like chewing through a Zip-Loc bag. It took about an hour from when we ordered for the food to arrive (table of 3 and was not busy). However, our server was very kind and apologetic.
This place is run by ignorant, and rude teenagers. Messes up our order, calls us petty, and we politely asked to switch seats because the air was right above us , they said their are no seats available left but their were 2 seats in front and in back of us. They also turned up the air, and the manager was acting very unprofessional. Would not recommend for family’s.
Server was nice, but we kept having to give reminders about missing things like silverware. Kitchen was slow and made mistakes, but food was good overall. Got the impression people were trying, but tired/burned out.I think the problem might have been insufficient staffing or management. Whatever it was, we generally have better luck in Chicopee. I'm glad we tried this location again, but it doesn't seem to have improved much. Maybe when we eventually try it again?
Decided to eat here to celebrate good grades! Service was great, friendly staff and quick service. Food was cooked just right and it didn’t take forever to get it. We also got ice cream and when my daughter accidentally dropped hers when scooting over the manger, Jenn was so sweet and brought her a new scoop. Plan to come back to celebrate the end of the school year next week! Definitely recommend this Friendly’s and the prices are great for this single momma’s wallet!
Wow! What can I say! We arrived as a party of 15. They got us ready asap and sat us. We not only ordered food but we ordered ice cream. Everything came got and fresh (for the food) and nice and cold and well made(for the ice cream). My nephew didn’t realize his meal had dressing on it and they immediately fixed it and made him a new one.Super happy and can’t wait to go back.The manager Jenn and her staff are amazing!
The server and staff were so nice! I met the general manager of the store Who was SUPER SWEET, and greeted my family with a big smile, and the fact she acknowledged my kids. Such a great feeling and and amazing experience, we will be back soon!
My son had a great time because he love the Ice cream and. Chicken tenders his favorite. I appreciate the prompt service and courteous staff even though the restaurant was quite busy which made my Father’s day quite enjoyable .Thank you Friendly’s staff

Only good thing there is the ice cream.. And last week i went and they made supposedly an ice cream with Carmel, peanut butter and whip cream when i got home it didn't have ice cream.. But i wasn't gonna drive back so i the it away bad service
They need to fire the entire staff and manager. The way the girl with the piercings and long braided hair spoke to a customer made my 2 year old niece cry. We walked right out. Super trashy. Don’t spend $ there.
