Stood there for 10 minutes without one person acknowledging me ridiculous they're lazy and slow over there apparently if you have a heartbeat that's the only qualification to get a job
20 min in the drivethru lane,morning is not the time to train someone in the window... my sandwich was cold because it sat so long .
They have you wait 15 minutes through drive-through to give you the wrong order how can you mess up someone’s order when you’re looking at a screen they’re too busy speaking Spanish back there I hate this Dunkin’ Donuts it’s the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the city… whoever is the manager here need to do a better job get it together Dunkin’ Donuts people don’t understand why you guys want to $15 an hour to give people the wrong order… I would be so embarrassed to work here…
Something is always broken, unavailable, etc. And if you order ahead in the app and they don’t have what you want, they do nothing to help you out. They run out of cups, straws, cream and sugar all the time. The latte machine is never working.

Every time I come here for my morning coffee and donuts girl at the window that works window always messes up my order then gets an attitude when I correct her I’m done with that ghetto place.

The place was packed in the morning time, you get what you want without anything missing granted there are like 5 workers. The only problem is the wait. You will sit in line and then sit for you food and exit the establishment 10-15 or more. Other than that, 4/5.
