I go here for my daughter mainly and they are always so friendly and willing to understand that I don't know how to order from them and they hook it up with the right info
My son got me a new drink. IDK what it as called but it was two toned. and so yummy. I went to a different DnD and they had no idea what it was UGH

Walking in The most Famous coffee shop, in my opinion, was not a great experience. Cashier was definitely high. Cashier pass me twice while me and another customer, lady with her beautiful service dog, waited like 3-5 mins. No one had name tags, hair nets and no one had a smile on there face. Manager was unwelcoming just point rude. All the girls on shift talk loud and uneducated in a sense of bad mouth. Restaurant was a little dirty. Employee 151145. Store 304793.
My order was by ana I asked for three donuts and they charged me for 5... Then I got the extra donut I paid for but I didn't want 5 donuts... The manager lady abused the employee in front of me while I waited for food screaming at him... They forgot the bacon on my sourdough sandwich as well.. horrible experience.
Terrible experience honestly they treated me like scum when I was ordering I asked if they can check my gift card the lady said "no I'm not gonna be checking any more gift card and that I was stabding outside in front of the store for a while and probably picked the card up" I literally just arrived at the store so there's that and I asked for a dozen donuts she turned around and started just putting in random donuts without asking if I wanted specific ones I had to tell her to stop and which one I wanted easy to say I won't be back ever.

Complete incompetence! I pulled up at the drive through and ordered 6 glazed and 6 chocolate frosted, which is what I get at every other location and have never had a problem. But they were confused by the terminology "chocolate frosted" so I said the glazed donuts with the chocolate frosting. They finally bring out the box and it has 6 glazed and 6 double chocolate. I told them this is not what I want and they said very rudely "well you said you wanted chocolate on chocolate." These words had never escaped my mouth yet they insisted that they were right. They finally go to trade out their incorrect arguing and they switch them out for chocolate glaze - also incorrect. I told them this is not what I wanted either. At this point another lady comes over and very rudely says "what do you want?" I told her glazed donuts with chocolate icing. She replies very rudely "that's called chocolate frosted ma'am" which is what I ordered and they were confused. She finally brings me a box of the correct order and throws it out the window, not even completely closed and said "you did order chocolate on chocolate" and walked away. I never ordered chocolate on chocolate and she was just saying that to make them seem right which they were completely 100% in the wrong. I also had to wait for a very long time with a hungry toddler in the backseat while all of this was happening. Will not return to this location again!
They always run out of stuff, didn't even have 12 donuts, or coffee.
