Not gonna lie, I thought I’d be one of the few customers to have a less than great experience here but looking at the reviews. I guess I’m not surprised. I ordered a cake batter coffee for my boyfriend, like the one shown on the menu. They gave me a coffee without the whipped cream and sprinkles. So I asked them to put the whip and sprinkles on it and they say I have to pay extra for the signature. It’s whipped cream and sprinkles. The amount in a coffee cost probably like 10cents. So business wise it’s not incurring much of a loss but keeps customer satisfaction up and keeps customers coming back. Poor customer service and they were condescending about it. Instead of attempting to make the situation right they berated me with blame and were rude and completely unhelpful. The girl taking the order at the register was nice though and the tomato pesto was decent. But it shouldn’t be that difficult.
Nice girl took my order. Stale bagel, barely toasted almost no cream cheese. Stale hash browns. Coffee was lacking caramel. Never going there again.
I'd never thought dunkins would have food, but they do! And it's GOOD! :D ?

Literally the worst store ever never mind a Dunkin. They never have anything available, I was just told they aren't serving lattes today. Imagine that. They never brew ice tea so they never have it available either. You'll stand in the front counter for 20 min while the staff hang out by the drive window talking, swearing, and hanging out in filth, fully ignoring the front store. The drive through line is literally one customer at a time from order to pay, plus your order will be wrong, no cap. Poorly trained staff, nasty attitudes.At the end of the day, Im paying money for a thing I'm not getting and, lastly the food quality is trash.
Coffee is just water ? . Dunkin needs to shut down in total everywhere lift prices up but goes cheap on product .
The manager(Spanish women with blond hair) is so disrespectful and shows her ghetto side way to comfortably. She told me I need a mask and when I put my mask on she said it wasn’t good enough because it’s a bandana . I gave her a little fuss about it but left any ways and she continues to scream and yell across the store about it to other customers. Totally unprofessional.
On December 26th 2021 at around 1:30pm I visited this dunkin establishment and well after the experience I received you can judge for yourself if I will be returning or not. There was a female employee at the register on her cell phone texting which I could clearly see her screen so I am absolutely sure that is what she was doing. She made brief eye contact with me so I proceeded to place my order. I seen her continue to scroll through her phone and then she walked away without saying one word to me. There was another female employee just behind her washing some dishes but she didnt really seem to care either and also ignored me. As I was walking away I also noticed there were fruit flies flying around the donuts so their bad customer service worked out for me anyway. I do not recommend this place at all!!
I chose a toasted bagel. Not one burnt to near cremation. Atleast my coconut refresher taste good.
