Wanted to give zero but can't. I ordered a black coffee with 4 pumps of caramel swirl and an order of hash browns. My hash browns were cold and not cooked properly. And the coffee was watered down.
It's a good Dunkin Donuts except on the weekends, for some reason there ovens never work on weekends told by the manager..smdh
The people that work there are very nice and polite but to pay so much for coffee that tastes like water to buy an English muffin and either is too gooey or it's too hard
I've been a Dunkin customer for over 35 years, love a large hot 8/8.
Every time my sister goes to this store she is over charged by the same young lady for her coffee. This same young lady has been told the correct price and still overcharges her everyday!! It’s ridiculous and it’s stealing!! You all have been told about this REPEATEDLY!! HOWEVER SHE IS STILL BEING ALLOWED TO UPCHARGE 1.00 for ALMOND MILK!!!! What else are y’all allowing her to illegally upcharge?!?! Ya’ll want sales that bad?!?! From Jan to Dec a daily up charge of .50 adds up to 182.50. How many more people money is she being allowed to take?!?! ILLEGALLY!?!?! She has a blonde ponytail!! BEWARE!!

Honest opinion. I don’t drink coffee so I always get a coolata at Dunkins. This location never has any, the machine is always down the system is always down. I kid you not when I say this, this location needs a new team new management maybe a new owner because he’s loosing out on money with the team he’s got. Also once your in line through the drive thru and you don’t order anything because they never have what you want, good luck getting out because in order to leave you gotta wait til the one in front of you leaves so then you can leave because there is only one exit your stuck till the one in front gets their order. Don’t bother coming in, it’s a waste of time. I rated one star because it’s always a bad experience when I go in. I stop going in for a while thinking it would change but sadly it hasn’t and I noticed I’m not the only one who has rated a one star.
