Great Customer service Saturday morning 6/11/22 before noon She was very nice easy to talk to and she knew what she was doing! I even told her this is the BEST iced coffee! I wish I knew her name because she deserves to be noticed for keeping the line moving and doing things right! Clean establishment! Did I mention she even cleared and wiped down the tables and fixed the chairs!

Ordered wraps and hash browns at 830 expecting them to be ready for me when I showed up which I then showed up at 845 and was told that the ovens were shut down for the night and they could only give me the drink I ordered. Then when I asked about how I could get a refund they said I don’t know how to do a refund and that the app is completely separate from in store. Lights were still on when I pulled in and then off when I got to the window. I think they need new employees that don’t shut the store down early. #highwayrobbery

My favorite place for coffee, but they were out of Vanilla Bean, I got a Chai latte that tasted like water & they remade it with no issues-Thank you!

I went there for a coffee at like 7:30 at night and they were closed. ???? Guess it's hard to get people to work for minimum wage nowadays.

If your ordering on the app, send order at least 10mins before u get there. And half the time my ticket is still sitting in machine not even looked at yet when I show up. I'll politely say , "hey is one of those tickets say Kevin on it?" Which then it will get noticed... haven't figured out if it's a staffing issue or cuz they pay attention only to drivethru.

Nice people and service but whenever i’d get food from here, almost every morning — nothing is hot, hashbrowns are so hard that my jaw hurts after chewing them, cheese is never melted, just slapped on there.

This place has gone to hell. They can't even get a simple coffee order right. These people need corporate style training badly.

I was not told my total at the speaker which consequently lead to me being overcharged for the wrong order at the window as they didn’t confirm my order either. I waited probably 5 minutes at the window before anyone rang me out. When they realized they gave me the wrong order, rather than refunding me and then recharging my card (as they’re supposed to) they rounded the difference down to the nearest dollar and just handed me a couple of bucks. My food was very cold and my drink didn’t taste correct. This Dunkin is okay at best in the early morning, but I don’t think any of the late morning/afternoon crew have been trained really.

I have NEVER met a more confused group of individuals all working in the same place. Dunkin Corp please help train these individuals. Also, the manager this morning who said the following "you are not allowed to order a coffee with whip cream on it" please learn customer service and more importantly how to upsell your products. If a customer is willing to pay extra FOR AN INGREDIENT why would you have a problem? I felt like I was talking to my health care provider or the WHIP CREAM POLICE AT 7:00A.M. I can imagine your first day as a manager - store owner: here is your uniform and this is what you are protecting at all cost: whip cream. In my opinion you have bigger problems to solve here (i.e customer service training, product upsell, wait times and staffing).
