The absolute worst, especially in the afternoons. Miserable staff, customer service skills are horrible. If you don't want to work there leave so other people that actually want work would be happy to take there spots!
On 12/20/21 I went through the drive-through at approximately 8:15 PM asked for a mocha latte and breakfast wrap, I was told that they were no longer making lattes for the evening. I was unaware Dunkin’ Donuts policy allows the refusal to make an ordered drink depending on the time of day. I would understand if the machine was down for cleaning but it clearly wasn’t as she just said we are no longer making lattes for the evening. I’ll just go somewhere else in the future and not waste my time there.
On 10/16/2021 around 10am I bought 2 coffees and the lady at the drive thru took a $1 tip from me without my concern. I paid with a $100 bill I guess she tough I didn’t care but guess what , I do care about my money. I was gonna tip her , how dear she did that. I’m sure it’s not the first time that happens. You guys can check the cameras. That was the last time that I’m going to that DD, I regret so much not talking to the manager that day.
They got my Medium hot coconut caramel cream and 1 splenda wrong I had to take it back. Yes they had a very long line of cars and yes there were a few other items with that order however they still should of got it right. Thank you . 5 town plaza DD Springfield Massachusetts
the bagle wasent even toasted and we ask for it toast, plus my cofee tasted horible.

The best DD in town !! Had a minor issue and the manager Aralenda went up and beyond!! ?Professional, polite and her employees/team are freaking AWESOME!! GREAT JOB GUYS ? THE BEST DD IN 413! AND I GUARANTEE YOU THE CLEANEST ASWELL restrooms were spotless with is awesome with all the covid-19 stuff we are all experiencing. thanks again.
