Very nice place!, but service is awful I was standing at the bar for 30 minutes waiting for a drink, I was ask what I need, I told the bartender and she just walk away and start serving other people and forgot about my order and when I ask for my drinks she was extremely rude. It was my first time and it's the last time. I heard the food was good but if in 30 min I couldn't get something to drink think about getting my food. I'm so disappointed
This place doesn’t even deserve a star. First off, we went on a Sunday night and they had a DJ who played the music so loud that we couldn’t even hear the waitress or our own conversations. This created such an uncomfortable environment to have dinner. What a poor business practice. The menu was too big and the food took about an hour to come out. It was overpriced, extremely salty, and did not come out of the kitchen all at once. And do not pay with a card because they will charge you a five dollar fee. This is 2022! What kind of business nowadays charges their customers for using a card? That is ridiculous! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go across the street to Palate if your looking for PR food and do not waste a dime here.
Hispanic restaurant with a family environment. Beautiful place ? Good food ? Excellent service. They make reservations for special events, they will open a patio with chairs & tables, with a relaxing and a beautiful garden & water fountain around... They have brunch, lunch dinner with American food, seafood, stakes, soup, pastas, burgers Cuban plates, Asian food and a wine ?storage room. Always ? Music with good Dj sometimes they have life music. Clean bathrooms. I have to visit them again!❤

The restaurant is beautiful and clean! However can’t comment on the food as we didn’t get to try it. We waited 2 1/2 hours before our order was taken. We finally gave up and told them to cancel our order as we were leaving. We were a large party however reservations had been made and they were definitely unprepared. The staff unfortunately did not appear apologetic and gave us excuses. I like to be understanding and give people a chance but our group was very patient and courteous but the way we were treated and NOT served was unacceptable.Try at your own risk! You may want to eat something at home first!

The place looks super clean, very modern and nice looks very cool. I've been there twice trying to order to go. They have an entry way where there's seats and a counter with a register. Both times no one is at the register and the bar is usually full of people there's no signs of where to place an order nothing waitresses pass by looking at you not even attending to what you need & they don't bother to send someone to the register. Like why have that area in the front if you never have anyone attending to people coming in. We waited a while too trying to give them a chance and nothing. If there's a different area for ordering on the go there should be someone letting you know that or at least a sign. The last thing we want to do is go in to the eating area being in someone's space while they're eating. This needs to change. I'm willing to try it one day if they become a bit more responsible and have someone in the front or at least a sign because people aren't mind readers.
This establishment is so slow. It took us over 2 hours to get our food. They ran out of items that we ordered and instead of asking us what we wanted as replacement they just gave us something else. We were served food with no utensils. They are short staffed and it appears they only have 1 person in the kitchen. We had a 40+ party which they were aware of a month ago, they required us to pay $200 up front. For what?! Service sucks. Go eat somewhere else.
I’m not sure if they’re understaffed in the kitchen or in terms of service, but getting anything is as slow as molasses. Ordering, getting drinks, getting food. I was part of a reserved party and although time and placements were paid for we got the worst service. Haven’t eaten yet so I can’t judge the food but I wouldn’t recommend this place (a restaurant) if you’re hungry.UPDATE: I didn’t bother order. The owner said it was our fault the service was poor. They put pork in a lot of dishes, even the chicken ones and that information is not in the dish descriptions on the menu. A lot of the people in my party, including me don’t eat pork. Don’t bother come here. Go to Palate or McDonald’s.
Terrible experience. Poor customer service. There’s pork in everything, even in the chicken dishes and they don’t say anything in the menu description. Owner was inhospitable. Took hours for some of us to get our waters or to even order food. Definitely do not recommend this place. Don’t bother.
