Coldstone is great, fun experience depending on when and what time you go. But on weekends and during good weather there is usually a long wait
I have a 20 dollar gift card and the cashier(s) couldn't get the charge in. I also "overheard" staff say "how embarrassing". You know what is embarrassing? Working for Cold Stone getting paid minimum wage and being un-appreciative for having a job..
The young lady making our ice cream was rude, rolling her eyes and was very slow!!! The ice cream was melting because it just sat there while she took her time to gather ingredients!! I paid $42.00 for melted ice creams. I will never go back there again.
I went to this location and have to say I had an excellent experience! The place is busy and rightfully so. The shop is clean and the staff was working efficiently to get everyone's orders done. Nice to see sweet and friendly faces. The management was very helpful to the crew and you can tell they are raising up a good team. Thank you for a great experience, and amazing ice cream! A definite recommend!
Love this place. Went with my family and they were so nice to my 4 year old. They told her everything they did when making her ice cream and topped it off with extra sprinkles
Ice cream is good but it took us one hour and forty minutes to get the ice cream. Then it was all melted because the girl was super slow. (She was very friendly tho, might have been a new employee) Anyways, ice cream is good but wait time is awful.
Worst cold stone. Employees don't use gloves. The back kitchen area is disgusting and disorganized. Sent multiple emails to corporate and no response about a refund I was supposed to receive over a month ago. Would not recommend but to each their own.
Worst job ever. Under staffed and always packed with customers. Whats the point of doing online orders when you can barley take any in store customers. Yeah the icecream is good but its not worth getting any. A waste of time.

this place absolutely sucks. employees not even acknowledging their customers. worrying about to go orders before actual orders right in from of them. not friendly at all. no hello or anything. you have employees wearing airpods not even acknowledging the environment around them. absolutely disgusting please don’t waste your money at this establishment as the prices are outrageous anyways. such a shame. would definitely put zero stars if that was even a thing.
