This is by far the best Burger King in Springfield. I don't get the bad reviews, I've only ever had good experiences here at this location. Sometimes I've had to wait about 15 minutes in the line to receive my food but it always tastes good and looks good too. The people that work here are also pretty nice, it seems like maybe they have a lot of turnover since I'm always seeing new faces serving me my food but everyone is pretty friendly and the food always taste good so I will continue to go here.
I placed the order for two big Kings one wrapped in lettuce a two chicken sandwiches one wrapped in lettuce the Big King was missing a bun on both instead of telling me they don't have whole lettuce they just gave me shredded lettuce instead SMH if you don't like your job don't work there do better
Had to throw vanilla shake away, it was disgusting. I took two sips and gaged. Fries were so salty it was falling off the fries. I will never go back to this burger king again
Absolutely disgusting! This was the best BK a few years ago.. now it's a dirty dump.
Ordered online and only option for pickup is to wait in the drive thru line of 12 cars because "dining room is closed". The store needs to coordinate a way to do curbside pickup. People who didn't want to wait in the ridiculous line kept on parking and trying to go in the store, only to find a sign on the door. I wouldn't have even wasted my time but my 7 year old was excited to try Burger King for the first time. Now I remember why we go to McDonald's when we want fast food instead.
Asked for their new melt whopper. Was told they didn’t know what I was talking about. Called up after I left asking if the serve that product. Answer: “YES we do” and hung up. Save your money. Go to Wendy’s it’s better anyways. Would give -5 stars if could.
The slowest BK in Western Massachusetts, doesn't matter time or day, line or no line. Expect a 20-30min ordeal just to get fast food "slow food'
The Service at the Cooley location was TERRIBLE today (Saturday 4-2-22). After I got to the window, the cashier looked like it was his first day on the job. My breakfast order came to $12.28, and I paid $20.28 so I get $8.00 back in change. Simple (Yes?), wrong. He didn't have the receipt so he couldn't figure out how to give back $8.00 in change (clue). So he had to call for assistance. My large homefries were cold and only 3/4's full. No receipt. When I asked for one , yup he had to call for assistance again. It seems they ran out of paper, by no one offered me a solution. As I pulled away I looked at the bag. It was torn halfway down one side, no napkins and no ketchup (even though I asked for it). As I left, all I got was a lifeless stare from your cashier. So, Great help and Great Service (Just Kidding)!!!

They got my order wrong the first time..so went through the line again...was told to go to the window to reorder my food...got it home...wrong a 2nd time...not happy
