The team member that took my order ahw was really friendly. Nice elderly lady. But the manager she was not friendly at all.
Food quality has gone down over the years. Great customer service however.

So now BK only takes 1coupon per customer. What a hassle it is to place your order. I had to do 2 separate orders inside then I had to place my third order by drive thru. What a pain?
Long wait. Like 5 straight minutes of silence at the speaker. Once we got our food, it was stone cold. Had to go in and replace most of it.
The service was excellent and the food good. the only reason for not giving five stars is they put bacon instead of sausage as requested.
they are short-staffed so I understand they are slow. But they never give ketchup unless you ask for it, and terrible chicken sandwiches.
I never been to a bird team that didn't have a changing station at least in the women's bathroom! Made it so hard for me to change my baby's diaper. Plus they only have one stall which made people have to wait for me to change my baby's diaper and it took longer due to the fact there was no changing station.
We were in the drive through for almost 15 minutes and there was a car in front of us. No one didn’t take the peoples order in front of us and we were still waiting and more cars started coming up. As me and my boyfriend decided to leave, we drove up to see the drive through windows and no one was anywhere to be seen and as we pulled up to the front, we see the manager and a worker at the front talking and they didn’t seem to care that we were leaving. Mind you guys they close at 12am. This place wouldn’t even care if you were there waiting for 15 or more. So unprofessional.
