I ordered some garlic parm wings and some hot wings, hot wings drenched in sauce under cooked and overpriced… soggy wings for $24 worst chicken experience in Boston to date.
We ordered wings on Super Bowl Sunday and picked them up in store. When we got home, we took a bite and noticed that the chicken was severely undercooked and rubbery. We checked the rest of the chicken to see if it was just a one-off, but all of our chicken wings and tenders were undercooked. I cannot believe I spent $50 for uncooked food that I had to throw away.I also reached out to the company on their website and have not yet received a response .
Customer service was absolutely phenomenal. I was really hungry but I truly did not have my wallet and needed to eat something because I had been out all day. I went in with a couple of bucks and this dude was amazing. He helped me pick pick something that would keep me for a little while and crunchy. Thankful for him. Unfortunately, as someone who knows her wings, they were not as tasty. They were just really buffaloed up. The waffle fries were just perfect and the french fries were really delish.
You don't even get what you pay for.Ordered extra sauce in two flavors, and not only got less quantity than ordered (and PAID FOR), but also all the sauce was only one flavor. Chicken was rubbery and bread coating was soggy. All this for a premium price too- basically a ripoff.
I actually hesitated to come here at first because I saw how many bad reviews it had. But when I did decide to pay a visit, I found the food and service to actually be fantastic. There's an excellent selection of different sauces and rubs, many of which are delicious. It's just, in my opinion, quite overpriced for wings.
Literally just ordered pickup from here and was impressed by how awesome the service was at such a late hour! Super pleasant! It seemed like it was just one woman there, so kudos to her she deserves a raise. Our tenders are awesome and totally, generously loaded up. What a treat! I’ll be back soon
The wings (boneless) were tasty. Although, the wrong heat of buffalo sauce was added (tasted mild, wanted to try the hottest level).We had an issue with our online payment but the store corrected the issue in the store. We appreciated the customer service.

Worst place to have wings ever! Service is too lazy and attendants are really rude. Wings are ok. Never more in my life I’ll come back.
Today was very pleasant came in was supper hungry and they delivered. Great staff and great management. Wing were bomb. 10/10. Would recommend
