Awesome, authentic and affordable Mexican food. Highly recommend for brunch, lunch or dinner. They make everything right in front of you - really delicious.

Excellent fresh Mexican made-to-order with fresh authentic ingredients. Prices are affordable and staff is friendly. Definitely will return here on our next visit to Somerville!
Pretty disappointed given the high rating the restaurant has. The carnitas, carne asada, and pollo were all exceptionally dry. The lengua needed to be either cleaned better or cooked longer because there were some tougher bites.The rice was well cooked and flavorful. The hot sauce was tasty. The torta was good, but the pastor was (again) very dry. Overall, the quality of the meal was pretty poor.
Nothing really special about this place. Service was lacking on my first visit. I ordered a grilled steak quesadilla and asked if there were special meat like lengua. The server said no. I then pointed and ask why there was a handwritten paper on the wall saying "we have lengua". Without acknowledging her mistake, the server said "it's $2 extra" as if I would change my mind. Anyway the food was just ok . The steak was minced and iceberg lettuce was an additional charge. I would give this place a 2 star had they not offered lengua.
Tenoch has the best Mexican food in Somerville. We live nearby and come here frequently. We’ve tried most things on the menu, and my favorites are the tortas, the taco with cheese and the enchiladas mole. There is some seating the restaurant but we normally take it to go and the food is still warm every time.
Good food with wide range of options, including lots of tortas and less common food in the area, such as huaraches. Love tacografia map! Affordable, too
The tortas are TO DIE FOR! Wide selection and amazing tastes. Huaraches, tacos, quesadillas, burritos y tostadas if tortas aren’t your thing. The Asada was 10/10.
This is the best quality Mexican food in the area! It’s quick, very fair prices and is delicious. Try the tacos and their authentic corn tortillas — and if you have a hangover, grab a torta :)
Go to Lone Star Taco Bar for better service and food! Trash food and gross employees at Tenoch. Employees don't wash hands when making food, and use profanity addressing customers in Spanish. I guess they assume no one understands what they are saying. I've decided to report the restaurant to the city of Somerville to be inspected. No excuse for these types of problems especially with Covid-19 being so prevalent.
