My go-to Thai spot in the area! Classic noodle options are a great choice, but don't miss out on their soups. I tend to favor take-out here, and things are always ready quickly and are given to you hot! A neighborhood staple.
This is the first time that I tried this restaurant. I drove by and it seemed inviting and the reviews seemed great. I ordered the teriyaki salmon, deep fried ginger salmon and pineapple fried rice. I have to honestly say it was not good at all. The teriyaki was bland and dry, the pineapple fried rice wasn’t bad and the ginger sauce on the ginger salmon was better than the salmon itself. This review is coming from a foodie who adores food and has traveled near, far and further than that to get even a taste of food in its glory. There are sooo many other places to go. This is unfortunately not one of them (in my opinion).
Siam Ginger is my go-to Thai place in Somerville! The food is incredible -- generous portions and perfectly made, every time. Their Tom Yum has literally turned my entire day around. That's all not to mention the staff: the most wonderful and helpful people. I love Siam Ginger and am so grateful to have them right in my neighborhood!
If you haven't tried the Hot Beef Platter you're seriously missing out! It was hugely delicious, I left my plate completely wiped of any trace of the sauce! It was plate-licking GOOD!!

Wonderful, fresh and SCRUMPTIOUS fare to be had at texture is perfect! The meat eaters in my party had only good things to say as well. The only thing better than the food is the customer service ??? I placed an order for 20 people, including some vegans, a person with a fish allergy and someone with celiac disease, the way management addressed my concerns made for a relaxed and delightful dinner. Bravo ? Siam Ginger!
