Best food around for quick casual Burger shake dine in. Dinning in is the best option, if you do take out then quality tend to differ and high chance of getting the wrong order or missing item as well as small portion. Constantly going back inside to tell them i received the wrong item and had to wait ten minutes for a new one. For the price you pay, service needs to step it up.
2.5 /5 and disappointing.The burgers and the shake we had and the hygiene of the table at this location were worse than other places we have been.Shake Stack, Avocado bacon chicken burgers were extremely salty, from the 1st bite( even without dressing sauces in the bun). the buns were too small to hold the ingredients, and the paper pocket wraps were instantly soggy and shredded, dripping moisture and separated toppings. It was a quite a mess.The chocolate pie shake was horrendous with the coarse and hard pie texture and the chunk of chocolate chips and the same pie crumbs were sunk and turned gooey at the bottom. It tasted really disgusting.The table we sat at had lots of dried food stains but it was never cleaned. I had to use my own alcohol spray and wipes.Simply it was not as good as the other ones where we had very positive experiences.Thumbs down ?

Ordered on the tablet at the counter, quick and easy. Had a burger, fries, and frozen custard all great. It's a trendy place with plenty of seating. Great spot for good fast food

Did not have a paper menus, the menu on the board was not light well enough for the font the company chose. Also each item had a vary vague description.Very small portions for a very high price. I did not was not ordering a 12 0z shake for dam near 12 bucksEncouragement was great but location is good. But I think it's going to be a little before I eat at Shake Shack.I will not write them off completely. Every one deserves a few chances.This places may have not been for me this one time but that doesn't mean it's not some.one elses hidden jem.
TLDR: Delicious pricey food. Beautiful interior. Decent seats. Order ahead through the app to get your food faster of course.Loved the whole look of the building from outside to inside. I ordered through the app since it was my first time at a shake shack and that truffle burger was quite weird. Might try it again one day.
Kiosks at the counter and zero staff dedicated to customer service. After spending 5 minutes trying every card in my wallet and having the chip reader fail every time, I just left my order on the screen and left. If I wanted to struggle for a burger I would go butcher a cow.Smelled good though.
Today I ordered with Uber eats and Uber did not make it right but store management did everything they can do. They were so kind at phone and make me feel relax about my issue. Called me back try to solve problem. Try to find my order and make it done. I couldnt get the order because of Uber eats but I think the store deserve more than 5 stars with their customer service and the taste of their burgers. I just watched 4 different people leave saying they waited 35min for one burger each. I stood there for five minutes and watched 10+ burgers sit underneath the heaters untouched. The guy who puts burgers in bag does one small task at a time and he chooses which order to fill at random, which is upsetting. I looked around for large orders, a lot of to-go orders, or any number of reasonable hold-ups but didn’t see anything like that. One guy outside said “my brother was here 4 hours ago and said it took him 30 min to get a burger even though there were more workers behind the line then there were customers in the restaurant.” Shrug. Maybe the runner was just new and no one was helping him?
