The Sea Biscuit has some of the best Poutine anywhere. Lamb gravy, cheddar curds, potato wedges. Simple and great…with gravy that’s nothing short of virtuosic.Their Australian meat pies are fantastic too, although we suggest getting a side of gravy to help balance their incredible pie crust with a bit of savory dunkable wetness in addition to the delicious savory fillings already in the 5” pies. It’s right near the ICA Shed, a renovated factory space showing large-scale contemporary art. Both well worth the trip to East Boston from anywhere.

Great no frills cafe, steps from the harbor. Chicken sandwich was just what I needed - a little sweet, a little spicy, and not too dry.

So this is my first review since KO catering and pies closed. The new layout was pretty much identical. Would be great to see that Australian flag put back up. I get why you took it down but at the same time it looks great there.I got a sausage roll and a beef stew pie.Sausage pie was tasty and almost identical to a British sausage roll. The beef pie was very nice and had a great flavour on the beef. Of course had to dip the sausage roll in ketchup. Only way to do it.The price was a little high but the food itself was good.

Must stop if near down east cider house.. service and food were great! Nice outside area as well!

Popped in here for a bit of brunch with a friend and we were delighted with the food. Moroccan chicken pie (topped with peas and potatoes), simple but delicious. As was the soup of the day (peppery mushroom). Service was quick and easy and the whole thing was tasty, quick and easy. Not somewhere you'd necessarily find by chance but well worth a visit if you've got so far as looking it up!

Great little place at the harbor with free parking available. The beef stew pie is a perfect lunch, very tasty indeed. Fresh coffee and tea available too. Decent covered outdoor seating area if it's not too windy.

Lots of easy free parking. Not the great place it once was in Somerville, The Biscuit. I was very disappointed with the food selection. The quality is still there, but it's not the same. If you are a customer from the old location it's not worth the drive. But I'm sure they will get new customers that will appreciate the food. If you have mobility issues the toilets are difficult to get to

Great restaurant. Compared to the old place, they have a more expanded menu. However, one of my favorite items, the chickpea salad, is not nearly as good. They switched fresh cherry tomatoes with a variety that is roasted or sundried and the cucumbers were taken out. Also the chickpeas are maybe a different variety, or maybe they are roasted? These changes make the salad less fresh tasting, which is a big problem because it is one of the only things on your menu that isn't heavy.

Seabiscuit had big shoes to fill in the KO Pies space but they’ve done it. Rest East the Australian meat pies are still available but they’ve added much more. Great bakery items. Brunch was fantastic. Great take on biscuits and gravy and avocado toast!

This place is a great little gem in East Boston! It’s hard to find meat pies in the area, but they nail them here. The cheeseburger pie had great flavor and delicious crust. We also tried a sausage roll - so perfectly flakey! To top it off we got a lamington, which was also really good (but could benefit from a little jam filling). We will be back!
