Some of the most delicious small plates we have had in the US! Loved all our selections …lentil nachos, the Black Sea cornbread, calamari, avocado w fresh gyro bread, falafel, brussel sprouts, pork belly biscuits… all so amazing. The star of the show for me… they walked the dining room w a tray of FRIED CHICKEN…with an amazing taziki…. My husband had been trying to get reservations foreva! So thrilled to try this spot. Fantastic server as well. She was full of suggestions, very busy but super attentive. Can’t wait to come back!
Drinks, Food, Service 15/10. Everyone who worked here was exceptionally kind and attentive. We kept looking around trying to figure out if anyone else was having the same kind of existential crisis we were bc of how incredible the food was. We were possibly floating outside of our bodies but we only has one drink each so it was definitely the food.
Update: went again and took photos. Still the best food I ever ate. The Black Sea cornbread is the best most unexpected dish ever.I took no photos bc this was literally the best food I've ever had. I mean literally in the original meaning of the word. I cried about it. I did get a photo of the ricotta donuts (loukomades) with chocolate hazelnut fluff topping that we ordered even though I was too full to eat it (but obvs ate it anyway).
One of those places known for their creative dishes where textures & flavors are used to create a delightful dining experience. The harissa BBQ duck, black sea cornbread, brisket shaworma, & the pumpkin fritter are some of the dishes I enjoyed at Sarma. I came here a couple of times and it’s always fun to try a new dish ?Great service & lovely ambiance both indoors & outdoors ?
Service, food, ambiance overall superb! Every single dish was super well paired with different herbs. Will go back for sure!
Creative and beautiful spin on Middle-Eastern/Mediterranean food, reimagined with incredible flavors that complement each other amazingly.
This is an amazing place.I had nice decent Turkish food fusion from nonturk chef and it was really good. You must feast in that place in Turkish style ( order all the menu at the same time with raki, this is how we do ).Even in Turkey "ehlikeyf" is hard to find. Good job everyone; will be feasting there at my every Boston visit.
I like this place. It has nice small portions of food. Everything looks cute. You have to make a reservation if you want to have a table otherwise, the only option will be to be seated at the bar. The place is small by itself too. My friend and I ordered several dishes to share and everything tasted great. My favorite was dessert. We ordered donuts and picked two toppings, OMG those donuts were delicious! I highly recommend this place, they serve food in a very beautiful way and their drinks look great. The only problem is parking. There is no parking. You need to drive around and search for a parking space, other than that everything is great!
I had been wanting to go here for a while and was finally able to get a reservation. Had a lot of vegan options and they were very helpful in pointing them out on the menu. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend the maitake mushrooms! From the drinks to the food to the dessert, everything lived up to the hype!
The food here is absolutely amazing. From avocado muhammara with pistachio crisp through amazing veggie dishes like charred cauliflower fatteh or brussels sprouts with chorizo to the absolutely amazing venison dates. This place is perfect to go as a group and share plates, as most of the portions are not too big and divisible by four. We went as a group of 4, ended up getting 10 different plates and a cocktail for everyone and it was around $70 per person. Would definitely recommend this. ?
