The food is terrific. Whenever we order, it always is quick and delicious. The service for me has always been very kind. I super appreciate they made an adjustment and have cups and keep water in carafes in the fridge. This means a lot to me and represents a warm hospitality and care also put into the food. Naturally, they also have nice beverages for sale, and delicious Mediterranean desserts.
I ordered the Lamb and Beef shawarma with fries for delivery, and I wasn’t disappointed with the quality or the portion. It’s definitely enough for at least two meals, the fries were thick cut but still pretty crispy, the meat was tender and not overly salty. I had hoped for more pickled veggies but I enjoyed what was there. Definitely worth the price!
I like sams falafel . My go to resturant when I need greek food . Its located in highland Avenue of somerville. Its just next to dumpling kitchen . I usually order a takeout but when am too busy I use one of the delivery apps available so I can get it delivered. I highly recommend for people visiting the Boston area to try them out .

As an aspiring Somervillian who has been wholeheartedly devoted to ingratiating myself into the Somerville culture over the past 6 months, I think it's important to note that I frequent Sam's more than any other restaurant in the area. I've been trying at least 2 highly-rated restaurants in Somerville per week, so the fact that I frequent this place is truly a strong endorsement.Sam's is a first-rate local institution. Every dish is superb and a truly authentic representation of Middle Eastern cuisine. The customer service is legendary and you will feel proud supporting this exceptional small business. I highly suggest you grab a kabob, shawarma, or falafel plate to go and enjoy a delicious, incredibly well-balanced meal on Prospect Hill, which is where George Washington looked on as the first American flag was raised in defiance of tyranny.
Shawarma is nice and spicy. Chicken is nicely done and sauced up well. Tahini is delicious. Lamb and beef mixed shawarma is also available. Falafels are fried only when ordered so it's hot and crunchy. Nicely picked. Staff is passionate, humble and very hospitable.

This is the first google review I have ever written and it is so well deserved. The staff is so kind and passionate about their work and their customers, we got free falafel while we waited for our food. Being from a middle eastern family, I am very picky about my middle eastern food but this place is so authentic and so delicious. Would and will absolutely come again, best middle eastern food in the area and so worth the visit!
this is the first review I have written for google and I chose this place for good reason. The food was absolutely spectacular and the staff was welcoming and working incredibly hard. I cannot give the owner enough credit for the food. Best I’ve had in the Boston area. I will be returning as soon as I physically can.
