I like all kinds of pizza and I was impressed with papa John’s because it’s a chain Pizzaria, it has its own unique goodness, the main thing is it was fresh ingredients like the commercials say it is,the sauce and cheese are very good. I ordered the stuffed crust roni and jalapeño poppers,I had it delivered and it was still piping hot when it arrived and delivery person was a polite gentleman so I couldn’t give it less than 5 stars because we really enjoyed it,and my best friend Bo even got a taste of crust.
Ugh! I’m so mad! I ordered at 9:50pm… it is now 11:42 the tracker says delivered… and my pizza is not here! I will be requesting my money back and I will never order from here ever again???
Good luck if you order online and want to reach the store no one wants to answer the phone and when you put a complaint in through customer service they never reach out to talk. When you call your put on an immediate hold and no one ever picks up.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza with garlic crust. The first thing I noticed about it was the box. It was encouraging a loyalty program over the ingredients like it used to. "It's okay, I thought. Should still taste like it always did." Not so. The cheese was cooked to perfection but it was nearly flavorless. The dough was kind of tough and felt stale. The sauce was the same sugary sweetness that defines a Papa John's pizza (for better or worse).It's a good pizza to change it up from time to time, but Dominos has a better garlic crust and certainly a more robust pizza profile taste. This is a bit sad because that was PJ's distinguishing factor was its higher quality ingredients that tasted authentic despite being delivery. Glad I had a coupon.
Unfortunately they put a teenager to register the order but he didn't seem to be very satisfied with the work... He had my head down and it didn't contribute anything on my first visit to the store. After making the payment, I was surprised at the value and repassed the order again, but even so, he didn't show much attention... Result: The order was too much and wrong. There was even sauce that I told 3 times not to put it on. Thankfully, when I picked up the order, I was served by the same woman who made the food and she was super attentive and excluded what I didn't order, she even refunded the value of one of the items I hadn't ordered. The food was excellent!!!
Just read the other 1 star reviews, it's all true.....Corporate papa johns y'all still really letting this happen?

Excellent service - pizza was already ready by the time I arrived, and I had left to pick up the order after I placed it online. Commute was about 15 minutes. Very impressed - thank you!
I have never in my entire life experienced a worse delivery. It is not the delivery persons fault — Papa Johns in Somerville can go to heck
