We came at lunch, the place was kind of empty but we were welcomed kindly.We order a burger and a VEGAN burger which was a great thing that they had vegan food.We enjoy a tasty meal at good prices and lovey service.
It was a very disappointing dining experience. Ordered the Orleans burger- which came with soggy fries, cold and hard onion rings, microwaved meat and cheese. The only reason I gave two stars was because of the nice waitress we had. The place being empty on a Friday night was also very telling of the food quality and ambiance.
There is always something great going on here! It's a perfect place to just pop in and see some of your friends. They have great specials and seem to only hire the kindest staff. I have never had a bad experience here. The food is good, prices fair, and company can't be beat.
General manager Chris was attentive, flexible, and accommodating as he helped me coordinate a birthday party at Orleans. The event went off without a hitch, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the music/karaoke was so fun! We had a wonderful time thanks to Chris, Rose, and the Orleans team, I can't recommend this spot enough for hosting an event!
It gets an extra star for late kitchen hours and good brunch options. Some new food choices give me hope too that the quality will improve for the rest of the menu.On the flip side, late nights are noisy there - apparently there is karaoke there. I don't mind, but why crank up the sound to max?? Do the personnel have hearing problems or what? The personnel attitude in general is questionable. A kid in flippers, shorts and a t shirt popped up at the doors claiming he was a host.
Went for dinner and to follow Dj Chris Fiore he was spinning all your favorite hits taking requests good food! I love love pretzels so much I ordered their huge pretzel I got it unsalted and that wasn’t a problem at all! So now I can go there for take out and get a unsalted pretzel. Our waitress was awesome, hostess was kind and friendly def worth it. The drinks were great prices reasonable no complaints here.
So, my duck buns were quite tasty. The blackened fish tacos are good. The steak frites was lousy. Decent drinks.
