This Cafe is nicely located in a corner at Davis Square. It has a nice look and we'll decorated inside. Two things that call my attention in this visit (in still here), and why I reduced one star: The table in using is sticky, my jacket and my laptop make a funny noice to detach from the surface. And the cafe latte I ordered is extremely hot, it's been like 10 minutes and I still can't drink it; you can probably see the smoke from my cup in the picture in sharing.
My favorite cafe in Davis. Their crepes, both savory and sweet, are delicious. I’m also a big fan of the chai latte. The staff is very friendly. It is a great place to relax or get work done.
I am quite perplexed as to why this resturant could not provide the ingredients to items they serve. I had a person in my party with allergies and not only could the cashier not provide the ingredients, she alleged that there was no manager or supervisor on staff to address my concerns. She started turning to her coworker and saying "the supervisor just left, right? Right???" Not sure it it was true or not, but her behavior certainly did not make it feel that way. Any resturant should be able to provide customers with their ingredients, and the fact that they could not ruined the experience of the young lady in my party. The first time we came here, the quality of the crepes was quite good. Today though, they were not. The strawberries did not taste fresh in the strawberry chocolate crepe, and the sugar in the apple and brown sugar was essentially chunks of sugar that made the crepe overly sweet. The espresso was the best thing out of the 8 crepes and one drink we ordered.
My go to place when I want an affordable breakfast! The Crepes are so savory and they have one for every one. One of the workers makes the best mocha lattes ever. Whenever I just want to get work done and eat a delicious pastry and some coffee, this is where I go.
Not sure how they got a 4.4 when the crêpes here are nothing like the ones you get in France. Crêpes should be slightly crunchy, these are pretty much Dutch pancakes. Also for takeaway they give your crêpes in very oversized styrofoam boxes (one each) which is rather wasteful...
Fantastic lunch. Their crepes fill the role of sandwiches in my life, but they're healthier and tastier
We come here pretty frequently for croissant breakfast sandwiches which are good but a little oily. We have tried the banana and Nutella crepe a few times but the crepe batter seems to be a little off, and we will be sticking to the breakfast sandwiches from now on. Great service and fantastic atmosphere if you need somewhere to relax or work.
Cool place to have crepes in Somerville. We had one with ham and cheese and one with apples, graves, and brie cheese. It was cold so we had hot Apple cyder.
So grateful to have a nice Cafe that stays open through the evening (so many cafes close at 5 these days). Great spot to read after work. Service is always fantastic . Thanks!
