Honestly, I want to give a higher rating because the food is good, but they have messed up my order so many times and on multiple occasions the delivery took 1 hour 30 minutes. The food was obviously cold by the time it got to me. I live 1 mile away! Just now I ordered a cheese pizza, picked it up, and the pizza had NO CHEESE on it at all …. only sauce. One time they offered to refund me for my order because it was MIA after 90 minutes, but they never actually refunded me. I am done spending money here - never again!
Flavorless and drab. Fried Mozzarella was an utter disappointment, big fried slabs of mozzarella with not even a hint of salt.And the so called The Perfect Cheese pizza was the most imperfect pizza we have ever had. Crust was hard enough to ensure that we never ever order again from here.
4 stars is for food, nice pizza sandwiches were good but I had to beg they toast my sandwich. Service was not good, they were on a phone the whole time, hence being annoyed with me asking to toast my sandwich. Make it easy and just grab pizza
Got the pizza one night and we’re so blown away we went back for sandwiches the next day. Phenomenal crust and flavors. Everything is clearly made with care and quality. This is now in the regular rotation.
Poor service. They say 15 minutes the pizza would be ready. 25 minutes later she says soon. Then she lets two guys jump the line ahead of me. Go anywhere else

Always love the sandwiches here, The Skipper is my favorite! Plus my dog's name is Mortadella so you know she's a fan!
Ordered two Italian subs and a small fry. Food was decent, but we added prosciutto to one of the subs and it was like someone took a slice of prosciutto and ripped it in half before adding it on the sandwich. There was also WAY more ham than any other meat on there resulting in no taste from the other meats. The French fry bag was pitiful, looked like someone ate half before giving us our food. Probably wouldn’t go back. If you’re looking for a REAL Italian sub, go to Bobs Italian Foods in Medford. They stuff your sandwiches and way better quality - family owned too.
