One of the worst McDonald's I've ever spent money at. Took 10 minutes for a drink and fries for curbside pickup, and they'll give you attitude too. Don't buy here if you don't have to.
Very busy, in july Mistakes are made but manager always makes them right. good service. Just aren't too clear on mobile order lines & walk inns
Located in McGrath highway somerville . It shares thesame complex as star market. Its an efficient fast food place for a good and quick bite . There's usually a busy drive through on the weekends but they are fast and reliable and get you your orders in time . Theres also a large parking lot for cars if you prefer ordering inside. This particular branch is open for 24 hrs . I highly recommend.
The old lady, she’s probably the manager or something, she is ridiculously rude with every customer around, she doesn’t know how to speak with people out there. She has no manners at all, it was my first and last time going there, i would atleast not recommend this place to my friends and colleagues and other mates. Don’t want them to be insulted by that women. Hell no
Ordered mobile order, got the order number. Two gentlemen working late night probably having a bad night, kept telling me quote, “you no pay, you no pay”. As a customer using McDonald’s app, I got the mobile order number, and went to the window, how does McDonald expect its patron to figure out its internal issue if the payment doesn’t go through?Disappointed at the service. Would hopefully see the location improve its employee training in the future.
Messed up my order and basically scammed me.I had clearly ordered 2 of something as a combo deal ($4.50), but I was charged for 1 (actually more at $4.69) and they only gave me one.My receipt acts like the second item I ordered never existed. I could tell the employees didn't care and they didn't do anything to fix it.So tl;dr they charged me more money for fewer items, essentially scamming me out of a few dollars. I will not be going back to this location.
i ordered today a happy meal for my son of a cheeseburger no sauce, no onions, no pickles. Just beef,cheese and the bread and they added ketchup and hes allergic to it… Yall need to learn how to listen!!!

This store was super busy. Totally not a fan of the self checkout. It's not user friendly and I no longer work at McDonald's. Unless they plan to pay me to ring myself up, I'm going to let their employees do it.
This McDonald's I use to frequent almost everyday..I would purchase 20 Nuggets and my only stipulation was that they would be cooked fresh while I wait..I told managers shift leaders and order takers alike and in 20 visits 7 were actually prepare the way I requested ..I then stopped ordering Nuggets and tried to focus on things I would have a better chance of getting fresh...Too no avail it really didn't matter 30% of my orders that were standard menu items were cold and uneatable. ,For some reason this store has a problem with discarding food that has reach its shelf life under a heat lamp..Some of employees on the register struggle with the English language and the chance of getting the wrong item is strong..I have no problem with the language barrier would work with them.but the times Ive have problems communicating and received the wrong order I was call a liar by one and the other would reinforce there fellow employees actions.. I spend hundreds a week This last action pushed me out and I'll never go back ... I'm not sure who the owner is But I'd find out Is stores and avoid them
