I have been a regular customer for the past year now. The food is excellent and diverse. My personal favorite is the fried okra! Also, the staff are friendly and very attentive! If, I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars, I honestly would.

I cannot give her a lower than one star but I wish I could give it a -15 it was -15 it was 1 of the worst Indian restaurants I've ever eaten I would advise very careful and listen to stay away from this restaurant at all cost no matter how hungry it is not worth it

Had the lunch buffet on Monday, May 2, 2022 at Masala. Items tasted freshly-made and scrumptious. Among the items were chicken tikki masala, cabbage, Hawaiian tofu, soup, shrimp, curry chicken, vegetable dishes, spinach saag, salads, garlic nan, butter tea. Plenty of sauces and condiments to spice up the dishes. Excellent and friendly service, clean bathrooms and dining room. The server said the credit card machine wasn’t working at the moment, so I paid cash. Luckily, I had just enough money on me. Total with taxes and tip was $19, which is a bargain for the Somerville area.

My best buffet experience in the US so far! Must visit!

Good Nepalese food, spicy with free rice refills. My goat ( Khasi Ko Masu ) was delicious as promised by the Nepalese waiter.

I usually go there once a week. Their Lunch Buffet is the best as per Nepalese food standard. Authentic Nepalese momo, chicken curry and green mustard leaf curry is to die for. Also try their whole fish fry included in the buffet. Plus you get free garlic naan.

I would give a negative star if that was an option. Firstly, they overcharged to my credit card and when I called the restaurant and talked to the manager he is least concerned about it and is not helpful. The staff is not good and always want to lift your plates from the table even without asking about it. Food is also below average, dry and stale. One of the worst restaurant here in Boston.

Best Indian cuisine in the area. Their buffet is phenomenally excellent. Buffet menu often changes along side the traditional staple cuisine items. Naan bread is uber delicious its crispy but yet so soft buttery and garlicky with a light dash of parsley the combination is perfect. The staff is so polite and attentive. Plus the giant chefs viewing window is another element that makes the experience come together. Overall a great place to enjoy Indian cuisine. I highly recommend a visit you won't be disappointed. This is a must visit if your in the area and in mood for delicious Indian cuisine. Definitely a 5 star joint

I rarely like Indian restaurants in the US. This one's a restaurant that actually has good Indian food. All the items ordered were tasty and perfectly cooked. Unlike many restaurants that serve really thick and stretchy naan, this one has soft and just thick enough. The sabzi was neither sweet nor ordinary. It was delicious with a perfect quantity.

I’ve eaten her twice. The first time it was a Saturday night, super busy. Every table was full. The second time was this evening. Less busy, but still 5-6 tables bustling at once. Service has been fantastic both times. Their wait staff works well as a team and takes your order, brings out food, refills drinks, and brings your check with efficiency. The food is fantastic. We have tried their samosas, garlic and regular naan, chicken korma, chicken tikka masala, lamb vindaloo, and channa masala. Each entree was fantastic- not super thick and heavy as you might experience at other Indian places in town that go heavy on their sauce base. We also ended each dinner with rice pudding. These dishes are the perfect size for a nice sweet finish to an otherwise delicious meal.Overall the value here is fantastic. Appetizers, two entrees, and two desserts for around $50 both times. This is the best restaurant in Teele Square and one of my favorite spots in all over Somerville. I highly recommend this place!
