Epic food! Missing Hawaii, decided to get some takeout from Manoa and it did not disappoint. Poke is good, mochiko chicken has that crunch, and the sauces are on point.

Great food, even greater staff! The fish marinades are creative, although sometimes the texture is affected. Portions could be bigger but the food is all very fresh and high quality. Highly recommend the jammy pineapple cake, what a treat.

Just about every aspect of ordering from Manoa is amazing: genuinely friendly staff, absurdly quick service, and out of this world delicious food! My only critique is that there isn't really much space to dine in. However, there are plenty of parks within walking distance. I just found a picnic table at Conway Park and went to town on my food!

I ordered from Manoa for a company lunch event and couldn't be happier with the quality of food, kind and friendly service, and ease of ordering! I worked directly with Jacob who was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I would HIGHLY recommend giving it a try!Every single person who ate sang wonderful praises of how delicious everything was:) Amazing job and we will definitely be ordering from Manoa again!!

What more can I say about this place. It’s an overall awesome experience. The food is top notch and the staff is as friendly as you will find anywhere. I’d give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could. My favorite poke place!

Hawaiian food for take out. All the food was fresh and packaged separately so hot stays hot and cold stays cold. By the time we got there, they no longer had some items available, but I had the ahi shoyu and mochiko fried chicken. I though the chicken was a little dry, but otherwise, everything else was good. Staff was very nice.

As someone who was born and raised in Hawaii, I can say that Manoa Poke is the real deal when it comes to authentic local Hawaii food. The poke doesn't come with any toppings like edamame or mango. They serve comfort food like mac salad, a classic lunch side, and spam musubis. The spicy and shoyu salmon poke are probably my favorite things on the menu, since I crave raw fish all the time - the salmon they use is so creamy. When I’m not in the mood for poke, I LOVE their salmon belly that’s coated with an addicting teriyaki sauce (i.e. I pour the leftover sauce over rice and other things) and mochiko chicken, which is a deep fried marinated chicken that tastes like a sweeter version of Japanese karaage chicken. The people who run the shop are so kind - go and support them!

A friend had recommended we visit Manoa and we finally did and it blew my mind. Every bite was better than the rest. The Kalua pork melted in our mouths and the fried chicken was crispy even after a bit of time in the take out container. The spicy tuna was also to die for. However, the fact that I had to wait until desert for the pineapple cake was terrible. If only I had known that I would be tasting the best cake of my life I would have started with it. I can’t wait to go back.

My absolute favourite poke place in the city! The fish is always fresh, very high quality cuts, and well seasoned. The staff are also exceptionally friendly and nice.

This little shop makes fabulous poke, and the guys running it are so friendly and nice. The photos really don’t do the dishes justice, but the oka i’a and ahi shoyu poke were absolutely delicious. As well, the sweet little pineapple cake we had for dessert was delightful. Highly recommend stopping by this unique restaurant run by lovely people.
