Falafel, tahini and the veggies in the wrap were all bland and soggy. The wrap fell apart quickly too, mushy mess.
My company ordered catering from here for lunch and it was DELICIOUS. We got the beef and chicken shawarma, hummus, salad, pita bread, rice, and baklava. Their hot sauce...I think is homemade, and it was so good. I definitely made sure to take some leftovers home and a container of hot sauce. Everything was flavorful and savory but not too salty. Everything was seasoned well, and their hummus was so good. I would highly recommend this place for catering and I can't wait to visit the actual shop. They were also on time with food delivery and the food was still warm! So happy I found this place!
Love their falafel roll ups. Great balance of grilled falafel with tasty sauce throughout.Their baclava is a deliciously rich indulgence. Can't go wrong with that much honey. They have walnuts which I don't mind, but if you're allergic, more for me.Everytime we've gone, they're out of meat pies. Are they ever in stock? Do they sell out fast early in the day? Or are they toying with us? I guess the more they tell me no, the more I wants them. This can't be a healthy relationship, but I just can't quit them. Please DM me if you got one and can share.
The man that answered the phone was super rude. I ordered my food from a third part app and they were taking way too long to deliver my food so I called the restaurant. He got upset that I told him it was getting close to an hour and he told me that he was going to cancel my order and he didn’t want to do business with me.
My order was taking super long to get here so I called the restaurant and when I asked about my order he got upset and told me he’s going to cancel my order and that he wasn’t going to do business with me. HE WAS SUPER RUDE
Its a very nondescript place with hardly any seating, but the food is good, especially the falafels. They were really crunchy on the outside and soft and well cooked on the inside. The overall vegetarian food quality is good, since we only tried that.
Just ate here for the first time and the Kafta Kebab and fries are both fire!
I usually never write reviews, but this place was frustrating in terms of delivery and food quality. I ordered my food through Door Dash at 12pm. It is now 1:40pm and I am still waiting for my food to be delivered. Keep in mind, I only live 7 minutes away from this place and Door Dash said it would be here in 30 minutes. I ordered through Door Dash, but when I called Falafel Place, they said they have only one driver that delivers all the orders. Food came here cold. When I heated it up, the lamb and salad were mid and unseasoned. Never going to order from this place again.
They have to sell hot drinks in their store, there were no hot drinks when I wanted to order. But, their shawarma and falafel are the best which I have tried in Boston. Size of plate orders really huge. Personal also nice and will prepare food as you want.
Probably the most bland, overcooked chicken shawarma I've ever had. The meat was cooked previously, and only retrieved from a room temperature bin. Additionally the extremely dour guy who took my order didn't say one word except to assure me to that the humus I ordered was inside my sandwich instead of on the side as I requested. Of course that was a lie. But he did still charge me for it. I won't be going back here.
