So fun good food!

Nah this place is straight mids. Like the food is okay but the prices make zero sense. Chicken wings were like $20 for ten wings, side of fries were ELEVEN DOLLARS but the burgers were $14. Way overpriced food and the cocktails were whatever. Inattentive servers didn’t give us side plates even when we got appetizers and didn’t check in on us after giving us our food. There are better places in Davis to go

Started with one waitress but another came. We found out, I asked, that it was the end of shift for the first waitress. This is fine BUT typically the person would tell you and do a nice hand off. We ordered 4 starters. No plates or silverware. These were finally brought to us after our meals came (45 mins. later) and I asked. Order chicken for nachos. The chicken came but the order for the nachos hadn’t been put in. The waitress did take back the chicken to keep it warm. Never did get my ice. I would go back for the food but would make sure I had a lot of time and patience.

First time here and came before the dinner rush so it was quieter. Definitely loved the nachos and want to go back for them! Cocktails are good and they have a great beer selection. Service/staff were friendly and attentive.

The service, food and beverages were all excellent. We visited for dinner prior to a show at a nearby venue. I highly recommend the Pimento Cheese Burger and Lettuce Wraps. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! The Spicy One is also a perfect spicy tequila beverage, which is exactly what I was looking for at the time. The draft list is also quite extensive and impressive, although I didn't choose beer that evening. My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that before we left for the show, we asked what time they closed and were told 1am, so we made it a point to return after the show, which was just after 10pm. We were seated with menus, but when our server came to take our drink order, she informed us that the kitchen had just closed at 10. Not a big deal, but I wish we knew that in advance. On the bright side, now I'll just have to return to try the Fried Banana Bread.

Very loud. My fish was burnt but I didn’t say anything because another dish was incorrect and we had a difficult time communicating this as the server didn’t speak English.

Drinks and food were great. Food was small for the price

I just want to bring to attention here that the crunch wrap without a properly paired hot sauce is a slap in the face.. Elm street offered my Tabasco or Rooster sauce and that's just not gonna cut it

6 stars ⭐ This is the best choice in Davis Sq for drinks after work, or a quick meal on your way home. The beer selection is the best on the block. The bar/wait service starts off Great, and becomes Exceptional the more you interact with them. Every person that I've encountered working here is professional *and* personal, which can be a hard line to walk, especial in the service industry. I'll continue to stop in when I'm nearby... It's warmer and more welcoming here than any other place I've visited in Davis Sq. -gv

Maybe the best bar food in Davis Square. I've eaten and drank here pre-covid, during covid, and post-covid and I was never disappointed.I do miss the packed bar room though.
