Very poor experience, broiler station was down, so there was no steak available, we specifically went there for the steak + sushi plate I found a piece of paper in my sushi roll, I had the lobster ravioli, the raviolis weren’t stuffed with lobster, just the meat on top, very dissatisfied, My friend had the crabcakes , there were miixed with corn and celeri, not truly authentic crab for 35$

Love this place. Great food, drinks, and service.

The food is very good, but it seems like the portions get smaller while the prices go up. They also really need to hire more servers - the ones who were working while I was there were clearly swamped. It took 30 minutes for us to get water. Overall, not a great experience.

music was too loud for a Sunday afternoon...felt I was in a night club on a Saturday night.

Awful service!!! Didn’t even have the same waiter all night. Never asked how food was NOTHING!!! Wont be coming back for awhile.

Wasn’t acknowledged by staff for about 10 minutes while we waited for our reservation then waited another 10 minutes before our waiter greeted us at the table. Good and cocktails were great though.

Arrived and found out their ovens weren’t working (?), which they treated as a minor inconvenience but actually eliminated about 75% of the menu options (all options with chicken, ribs, salmon, and sea bass were unavailable). The remaining options were lobster, shrimp, or steak (most of which were quite expensive). As someone who doesn’t eat beef, I had about 4 things to choose from. Our waitress was nice but not outstanding. At the very least we should’ve gotten a free dessert for having stayed when most of the menu was unavailable. I ended up getting the crispy shrimp roll, which was okay but similar (and yet not as good) as the dynamite roll that they used to offer. They also changed their sticky toffee pudding — the cake is larger, but less decadent (I think they use different chocolate now) and no wafer for the ice cream. A real disappointment from what it used to be. We also noticed that the prices had skyrocketed since we were last here (before the pandemic). Coconut mint margarita used to be $10 and was now $15.75 (!). The menu prices also differed from the drinks/specials menus to the regular menu (crab cake entree was $35.75 on the specials menu but $39.75 on the regular menu), transparently revealing that that they’ve been raising their prices. I know that prices have increased everywhere, but at the end of the day — the quality has decreased overall and the prices have increased, making Earls somewhere I won’t be rushing back to. You might be happy here if you haven’t been before and don’t have the same expectations.

Drinks were good. Food was nothing to boast about. Noise level was out of control. It felt like the volume was increased every 15 mins. By the end, we couldn’t hear each other.

Server was excellent and food was delicious!

Loved the ambiance and the music. Service is always great.
