It is courageous to go to this establishment all the sleepy people a slowness to serve customers it is courageous that one goes fast and they go very slowly and profit by serving
Worst experience at any Dunkin’ in my entire experience going to Dunkin’s. I first ordered a medium vanilla light iced coffee and asked if they had the bacon egg and cheese croissant which the worker chose to ignore and kept getting irritated with me. Then my boyfriend orders his coffee and sandwich which they kept saying which sandwich to him and they only have the one sourdough breakfast sandwich in which he kept stating. Then she asked if that was all and I was like um no I still haven’t ordered a sandwich apparently so I can I get the bacon egg and cheese one. So she put it in and said the total. And then we received the items my coffee was not even iced nor even close to what I wanted. 0/10 experience. If I could I would rate it 0 stars
I waited 20 minutes in line when there was only one person in front of me. It took them 15 minutes to take the order of the person in front of me. They had 5 stsff behind the counter, walking around doing nothing. Never will i return to this location.
Waited in line with 2 people in front of me and it took 25 mins to finish my order, it’s like they take pride in working slow. Don’t plan on coming here again
Quite rude service. I felt bad for the person working, they were the only one in the store at the time and had a line of about 4 customers waiting. I was polite and thanked them multiple times throughout the interaction but didn't get the same back. Then at the end they basically threw/dropped the bag containing my bagel sandwich on the counter. It's really minor, but I don't appreciate the how blatantly uninterested they were with helping me. I'm not sure if they were having a bad day or this is just their normal attitude, but I would avoid coming here if possible

Only 1 star since the frozen chocolate was yummy but otherwise they told us once inside that is was "no mask no service" even though there is currently no mandatory postings about wearing a mask. It's only advised and we get that and we are also fully vaccinated not the point though. There was no sign saying this store (302673) in particular needed customers to wear a mask to receive service. So it was pretty annoying and came off quite rude.
Glacially slow service. I don't know what happened to this branch.
Let your employees accept tips. What business doesn't let people do this for great service? Hurting your employees and your customers.
