The food is solid but they're frequently very busy at peak times. If you're ordering for just yourself, I'd recommend NOT ordering ahead online, as you'll probably end up waiting a long while to get your food. Instead, just go in and order at the restaurant. You'll likely be in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Your typical Chipotle. As long as you don't catch them at a time when they're out of everything you want in your burrito (which has happened to me), it's fast and tastes great.Just remember, you're there for the giant sub-$9 burrito and the speed, not the ambience or overly friendly staff (though the place is generally clean they staff is perfectly pleasant).Skewer me if you must, but on a raw burrito-to-burrito comparison, I think it's better than Felipe's, Anna's, or Los Amigos.
Every time I order from here they always mess up the orders or they forget something. My boyfriend and I ordered bowls and they gave him nothing in his bowl and they gave me everything that was supposed to be in his bowl in mine. They always run out of things and never bother to tell you. This is getting ridiculous..
The quality of service here has decided severely. Recently had to wait over 40 minutes to receive a pickup order that was promised to be ready in 10 minutes and this was no isolated incident. They also routinely mess up orders and forget to include sides.
Order in-person, not on the app. The food is great, the staff are excellent, but the Chipotle app is poor and has no realistic timing. You can wait 45 minutes past your order pick up time and it's still not ready. But if you walk in and order in-person, you'll have delicious food within a few minutes, as it's a different serving station doing online orders, and they're overwhelmed.
50min later than “promised” delivery time from Uber Eats and I knew my driver was totally okay since he waited there for 40min. And it was just 3 tacos plus one bowl to be in the form of “wrapping up” for 50min, technically they don’t even need wrapping. And tacos were actually wrapped in foils and arrived in terrible shape. Unbelievable.
Not received a perfect order for the last 10 times I have ordered from the app. Some topping or items always missing.
So I’ve been to this chipotle many times and the biggest complaint I’ve had is that maybe some of the new hires haven’t wrapped my burrito that well. But nothing worth a complaint. However, yesterday I got a burrito from this chipotle and when I bit into it I was met with quite a surprise. A massive piece of plastic was just hanging out inside (looks like a broken off piece from a queso lid or something). I’m not sure who I send a complaint to besides this review or calling the store itself but it was disgusting and dangerous.
This is the best chipotle I have ever been to in my life. The best portions, the nicest staff, and just the most enjoyable experience ever. Thank you to staff member Will for providing me with such joy at Chipotle this afternoon.
I don’t know why chipotle noble order exists. This place always has it ready 30 minutes late. Not worth it just go to Los amigos across the street.
