We were a little taken back, did not realize it was part of a bowling alley but it worked really well. Was also excited to see an actually wood fire oven! We had the Punctuated Equilibrium pizza. The ingredients were great! You can taste the quality. Was not impressed with the crust. It was not crispy at all, the slice easily bent when picked up. Gluten free is tricky to do right. Just need more practice I suppose. I watched the other pizzas come out and their ingredients went all the way to the end, ours did not. The staff was attentative.
A fantastic place to bowl some good lanes with your pals. Staff were friendly and ambiance retro and pleasant. Can be loud mid day/early on weekends with younger children, kids parties etc. something to note if you want to steer clear of that. I did not try the pizza so I can not comment on the quality of the food or service, although they advertise their pizza as organic and they clearly have King Arthur Sir Lancelot flour stacked to the ceiling as you enter- which is a high quality fantastic flour free of GMO's but is absolutely not organic... if this is truly in fact the flour they are using (which I see no reason it wouldn't be as there is no other menu items they make with such large quantities flour). Rather shameful to be advertised so proudly all over their menu as being organic, and to further degrade a buzzword and tarnish the real values of what local food is and the people who believe in it.
The place have a nice rustic neighbourhood vibe. It is lovely. The bowling is amazing. The service is a little slow but the food and beer were great.
Love the pizza, salads, and desserts here plus the bowling is super affordable. One of my favorite spots in Davis Square. Great place to take friends/family who are visiting or if you just want to have a good time bowling without risking all the ligaments in your wrist.
Always amazing. I always recommend looking at the specials they have. I appreciate the specials featuring one meatless option.
Big fan. Bowling, booze and excellent pizza is a winning combination. A little steep in price but what are you gonna do. These are the times.
Very good flatbread pizza, I had mushrooms and peppers highly recommended ?.
Went here for an event so can’t comment on the prices but the pizzas and bowling was good. The cranberry mimosa was good but I think orange juice is a better complement for champagne and the buffalo cauliflower pizza was good but I think I would’ve been happier with buffalo chicken
Love the food but it’s disappointing to see the price is so high now. I wanted to order a pizza for delivery and the price came to over $30. Toppings being the same price whether you want them on half or whole pizza seems wrong.
Pricey but delicious pizza cooked in a wood fire oven. The specials are always my favorite
