The worst customer service
Whole my family been eating those Umi food in 27 years ...My wife loves it .Saugus to Burlington Mall .

I adore this restaurant very much. It has a very special feeling. The kitcen is exeptionaly good. the service is efficient and the stuff is friendly. The price is fair. deeply recommend.
ZERO STARS! Went to this place for takeout with my daughter and got home and ate half my food only to find a cooked ROACH in the bottom of it. So disgusting. Never eating there again and def. Called the city. I'm sure these people know they have roaches. Might want to get that fixed before serving people your food! My kids ate this food. I can't even stress enough how upset and disgusted i am by this.
Very well kept and accessible restaurant. They serve big meals and for fair rates. I liked the food a lot and the waiters were very attentive and chatty. I recommend this place.
Food is ok. The guy who's work on the grill is very very rude. Shows no respect to costumes.
