Great birthday dinner for my mom last night chef was so good very attentive to the birthday lady fun and food was excellent and wait staff was wonderful . Great time thank you so much 😊
PARTIES BEWARE! My wife wanted hibachi for her birthday so I thought Tokyo Steakhouse would be a great spot, apparently I was wrong. We showed up ten minutes early to our reservation with a party of 12 only to be told that they don't have anyone to cook for us so they couldn't accommodate us. This is after talking to them multiple times prio and being told they can add two chairs to the table for the extra 2. No apology was given and we barely got an explanation. I hope you never have to try and find a last minute table for a party of twelve on a friday night cause it is torture. Just like the service at Tokyo. If you want a good time with good food then avoid this terrible mall restaurant.
It's a nice place, but didn't get the chance to eat or get anything cause as soon the we went in the fire alarm started sounding so we had to evacuate the restaurant.

I have been coming here ever since the original owner owned the restaurant in revere. I’ve never really had a problem but last night was beyond disappointing, went out with my boyfriend and good friend usually our normal waitress Judy already knows our drink our never has a problem, but our waitress last night harassed my friend for her Id went she just recently turned 21 with Covid it’s hard to get an Id right away we tried to explain but she was very rude. Night goes on my friend found a hair in her food and instead of the waitress fixing the problem she goes ahead and argues with my friend trying to say it was her own hair. The waitress then already includes her 18% tip but doesn’t on anybody else’s checks that were at the table. She knew she wasn’t going to get a nice tip so she went ahead and did it her self I work in a restaurant and I would never run down a customer for not tipping me long as the bill is payed shouldn’t be a problem. The waitress has now banned a regular time customer for something that could’ve been handled better on her end… hope the manger takes the time to read the review
To be honest, as a foodie, the food that they serve alright. The steaks are definitely not of the best quality and mildly overcooked. Due to the way that the vegetables are seasoned, it also tasted of slightly charred soy sauce.Basically, go there for the show not necessarily the food.
Be careful of them adding tips to the bill w/o letting you know. I had a party of 4. They gave me a copy of the bill and at the bottom was a small stapled portion. I thought nothing of it but they had actually added the gratuity, didn't tell me and was probably hoping that I added an additional 15-20%. I questioned the waitress about the amount stapled to the check. She indicated that was their policy. It's not...I dine here frequently. I don't mind tipping but why be sneaky? Aside from that, we were there to celebrate a bday and the wait staff was rude.
Food was good but terrible service. Wont be coming back because the workers know nothing about good customer service
The experience was mind-blowing! Had my anniversary dinner there! Great place.... definitely going back again and again.
