Keep driving and don’t bother stopping here. My simple order took over 15 minutes. Every car had to go and wait in the parking lot.They never gave me a receipt.I gave them $6.50 but she said I only gave her $5.25. I gave her another dollar and when I asked questions, she mysteriously “found” the missing dollar bill and the missing quarter. Hmm, no receipt and hiding money?
Miserable experience since covid.... Its no longer fast food.... Drive thru order, pay then you have to park out front and wait for 10min for your food...it worked normally before..why does it suck now?
i would give this place 0 stars tbh. It took about 20 minutes to get to the speaker and by the time i did, i waited for a good 5 minutes for someone to talk to me. They asked me cash or card and i answered and it took 10 minutes for another answer back???? anyways by the time i got to the window and paid, you can just see them standing around in the back doing nothing. this is probably the worst taco bell in northshore.
Worst Taco Bell , unprofessional, they don't seem to care at all just a bunch of young kids working rambling in Spanish all the time. Seems like no upper management is ever present . Items are always missing , food is made sloppy , Taco Bell corporate should visit this place and see how it is operated.
Went to this taco bell last Tuesday , person asks if I will be paying cash or card thru the drive thru speaker before even taking my order , which was strange , I said card then when I hand person my card he went to register across store with it while the guys buddycomes up pretending to sweep tries blocking his veiw ,while I still see the guy pull out his I phone and hold my card under the counter and snap a photo , I would of stayed and called police but was on my way to Logan to catch a flight ✈️I tried calling taco bell corporate but the phone rings and rings and rings because they don't care
It's a hit or miss. Half the time I go, they say they are closed. They mumble something thru the speaker as to why, but you can't understand a lick of it at all. If you actually do get served, it's more of a hit than a miss. I've only been skimped of actual meat a few times, but it out weighs the times they don't skimp. The drive thru wait time was insanity the last time I went though. It's the only Taco Bell around, so the wait varies. Ultimately, it's pretty good
This taco bell has the best food. You can tell they care. Also, the cashier's are always friendly and polite. I drive out of my way to get tacos here.
Tried to go through the drive-thru at 9:20pm and was told they were closed even though the hours say they’re open until 10. There were about 5 other cars lined up in the drive thru and we were all turned away.
I know there's a labor shortage but this is ridiculous ridiculous. 20 minutes for two items from a fast food store. Mass of people parked waiting for their food. And then when I did get my food 20 minutes later they forgot something but I explicitly asked for. Get it together.
Ridiculously slow. Make you pay and then make you wait upfront so their times look good
