Usually, it's the best match 8th was terrible due to the male cashier working he didn't know what he was doing he didn't listen to the orders hardly at all and he needs to be in the kitchen instead of the register due to the experience with him I had to keep coming back and finally I end up using app and I don't like ordering from the app it's not the same and I can't order things the way I like

BUYER BEWARE !!!!I don’t write reviews often but when I do they should be acknowledged.This Panera is by far the rudest and unfriendliest that I have ever eaten at.The service is disrespectful, unacceptable and unapologetic especially that they served me expired food for breakfast. I’ll be lucky that we don’t get sick.The assistant manager on duty at 10:30am named Juan should work on his managerial skills and on his customer service skills. Completely unprofessional along with his staff.The food is prepared in unsanitary ways and no one cleans up there. Had to wait over 20 minutes to get coffee restocked. The bathrooms are filthy and have graffiti writing.I have eaten in many Panera Breads all over the country and this by far is the worst experience.I’m surprised that the Health Department hasn’t shut this place down yet.Hopefully Corporate can do something to fix this completely dysfunctional Panera Bread.

Okay bread but not worth the price.
Placed an online order for 6 sandwichs 2 salads, placed a rapid pickup order an hour and and a half prior to pickup. Arrived there 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time to find out not one sandwich or salad was made. Waited for 20 minutes and finally received my food. Not acceptable, the managed offered me a soda as compensation, no thanks.
