I have been going for many years in that location but today I had the most awful experience in my life . The employees don't take the order correctly, is it the mic or speaker issues ,I don't know?I repeated my order at the second window to make sure .Finally at the last window she handed to me instead of black coffee without sugar, a regular coffee. I corrected and she gave me a coffee with caramel saying it is black coffee. When I refused it , she said Sh*t and slammed the window shut. They will need a better training protocol for their employees.
Employees need to learn how to read the order screen. I ordered 2 hamburgers with no ketchup and no pickles. Instead of 2 hamburgers with only mustard and onions, I got 2 hamburgers with only ketchup. The receipt had my order correct and so didn't the sticker on the wrapper. Never had anything more wrong in my life.
Working till 2 am i am glad this location is open 24/7.My last visit on Sunday am the bread seemed old an the meat was tough. It is busy and maybe they preprepared many sandwiches in advance to save time. While it is a good idea, the sandwiches do not fair well. Fries could use a little extra time. I will continue to go here and look forward to fresher burgers and crispy fries.
After placing my order at the kiosk multiple times and it’s not processing payment because it reloaded three times. And told me to see a cashier at the front counter I stood there for 10 minutes well-being ignored. Can I say excuse me she was one of the workers behind the counterI was told I’ll be with you when I get to you. The place was a mess also
I have truly never had a worse eating experience in my life. I can’t say I’ve ever been compelled to write a negative review for anything Until this moment. There is no possible way that my sandwiches were made within 48 hours of consumption. The bread was so hard that Thor’s Hammer couldn’t have penetrated it, let alone my mortal mouth. Somehow, despite the staleness of the bread, the grease was seeping out and flooding the bag and my hands alike. The flavor of the chicken was horrific - it was also rock hard and tasted like aluminum that sat in a deep fryer for 2 months. The sandwich itself was also the size of my palm (which didn’t bother me, in retrospect; because it took up less space in my trash can — where I threw it immediately). Beyond this, our entire order was reviewed, read back to us, and then misdelivered and mischarged, yet the blame was placed on us.I’ve been to McDonald’s hundreds - maybe thousands - of times, and I can say, without a doubt, that this experience was not only the worst McDonald’s experience of my career, but perhaps the worst culinary experience of my career. I have better feelings about food that gave me food poisoning than I do about whatever ABOMINATION was bestowed upon me at this McDonald’s.
The food was so good that I gave five stars .However the person taking the order, he was so rude! Sooo rude. I kept trying to ask him to slow down he was very robotic and rude. He a got our order wrong ,two things were missing we had to reorder. Thank God for the shamrock shake cuz after I took that first sip ,mmmm I forgot about all about the rudeness .
This is Like the 3rd time they close the door in my face and tell me to use the drive through 5 minutes before they close. They said thay just finished cleaning
It is fast and quick and the coffee is the best it beats Dunkin Donuts hands up I love it
Tool a little longer than usual, but to be expected. One mistake (spicy chicken instead if the regular we'd ordered) but that was resolved instantly with no attitude.
Ordered a two cheeseburger meal in the drive through, received one fewer burger than I was expecting...
