Food is always good but you need to check before you leave the drive-thru to forgot my gravy I ordered otherwise very very good
Drive through is open but store has been closed literally for months for "renovation". Previous drive-through experience strongly suggested ordering on line would best ensure proper order taking. Sadly, KFC's web-based ordering system must be the worst in the sector bc, if there was any worse, the place would be out of business.Eight-piece order, which is supposed to include 2 wings & 2 thighs in the mix, had 4 wings instead - significant value downgrade from what was promised.On the plus side, KFC product is consistent so if that's what you gotta have, that's what you gotta get & this is what you gotta put up with. Me? Next time I'm driving a few miles further & going to Popeye's.
All employees and management not pleasant or helpful. They rush you out with lousy sougy chicken, cold mashed potatoes and hard biscuits. Nothing good or fresh at this location. Better off going further down off route one to the Everett location to get your money's worth.
Unfortunately KFC has Policy on dark meat request. Service at this facility is above par. PS the new plant nuggets are so so. But should try at least once
Had a great experience, New Years eve I placed a large order for a family of seven online, then they let me know it was ready so I picked it up and went home to eat. Excellent service!
Hadn't been to a KFC in some time, but didn't seem as good as it used to be. Definitely too greasy.

09/30 approx 930pm my fiancé and I drove through the drive thru. He ordered 8pc tender w/ large coleslaw. We got to the window where the young man at the window, tried to charge him $19 for the 8pc and $4 for the large coleslaw for a total $25!!!!! Said it so nonchalantly and acted like it made total sense. Needless to say we cancelled the order and got food next door at Taco Bell. I checked the prices online and a 12pc tender is $12.99 so clearly the route 1 location is on something to think $19 for an 8pc is normal. KFC manager of this location should DEFINITELY check in with their nightshift because that’s absolutely WILD.
This place is terrible. I went during a late shift, so the employees were hectic trying to serve the customers. I waited half an hour to even order inside the restaurant. I ordered some chicken wings and they came out horribly after like an hour of finally being prepared. I wish I took pictures. It was super oily, stale, and the hot sauce was not evenly coated on the wings. When I informed the manager of the quality of food, he had the most as*hole face. Dear god this was beyond terrible.
